“If there were 15 stars, I'd easily give them. Les is a) incredibly knowledgeable about every car from the 15 year old Escape to the minivan to the vintage, b) so practical in that he asks what you want to get out of your vehicle vs trying to make it perfect regardless of the life left in the vehicle, and c) kind and personal. They are also very reasonable on cost, but I'd pay almost anything for the way I was treated.”

“Just got my Tesla Y fixed at SMT, and I'm wholeheartedly recommend working with Maher and Mo! Starting from the bottom line - they did a fantastic job fixing the passenger door and front right panel after a parking that went wrong. In addition, they've communicated with me throughout the process, helping with insurance claim and were fair and pleasant all along. Their pricing is fair and the service is excellent! “I had a Bumper problem from parking over those concrete stops in parking lots. It was about to fall off and cause a dangerous situation. I had made several calls to get an appraisal of damage and cost, however it was necessary to make appointments a few days in advance. I happen to see the listing of Bodywork and found All Makes Auto Body Shop. A very friendly voice answered my call and said to come in now. I was able to have an appointment the next morning and wait . The work was very good , looked great on a 20year old car. The shop was very clean, nice impression. The work and cost were excellent.”

“Great paintwork and installation. William even went the extra mile to rid the heavy dirt debris by polishing on both the side skirts even though only one side was in the scope. He also removed a dark scratch that had been caused by the accused party and it looks brand new! Big relief and very comforting walking in to a garage full of Z's, will definitely come back if needed.”

“Eduardo has been great to with on repairing our car after an employee of a company hit our car. DH went to a couple of different places and appreciated how Eduardo was detailed in his estimate mentioning there is likely work that needs to be done underneath our rear bumper. When we dropped off our car with boys in tow, Eduardo told us the company needs to replace our car seats after an accident. If not for him, we wouldn't have known this is California law. He was kind to pick up my many phones calls in trying to coordinate when our car would be done, so I could coordinate extension of our rental car. New car bumper came back great, and Eduardo even tried to fix a dent on our front bumper. He cleaned up our car nicely and even folded up the garment bag in the trunk. Bonus was he was welcoming of our boys checking out all the different cars in his garage and answering many of their questions. We wouldn't hesitate recommending and coming back for any auto body repair. Thanks Eduardo!”

“I had a great experience taking my Subaru
to Nor Cal Automotive. Phil promptly responded to my inquiry about changing my brake pads (which I’d been putting off) and replacing my CVT fluid. I’d been shopping around, but other shops either didn’t respond or gave me the runaround.
We scheduled a drop-off before work. Phil inspected the car, discovered my rotors were damaged, sent a photo, and gave me options to polish or replace them. I chose polishing, and it was awesome that he could handle it in-house instead of sending it out.
He provided a clear estimate, I approved the work, and he kept me updated with texts throughout the day. Everything was completed before I got off work. The brakes felt great, rotors looked smooth, and the CVT fluid change was done. The communication was top-notch , and the whole process felt stress-free.
I highly recommend Phil and Nor Cal Automotive for honest, efficient, and great service. I’ll most definitely be back when I need my car to be serviced again.”
