This bank is so pleasant. Always helpful in every way. They go the extra mile in resolving an issue you may have. A shoutout to Diane, Mgr., and Camilton. Both were so helpful in handling my concern. The entire staff at this bank are super! Love this bank!

I went in to try to resolve a difficult situation. The staff were very helpful and presented several options to correct the problem with the account.

Terrible!! Not helpful at all! I made an appointment and tried to get on my sisters account 3 times unsuccessfully and could not receive an answer to why. I would never bank here if I didn't have to.

the MOST RUDE staff I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. What a horrible experience. Please hire a new staff all together.

This is the worst b of a branch compare to all other b of a that I had been to. Customer Service F. Teller knowledge F. Manger no help F. I don't think they really understand why there is power of attorney in the account. My mom is old and handicapped. She put me as an power of attorney on the account. She authorized me to use her ATM to withdraw money with the secret pin. I have no issues to provide my I'd for the security reasons to identify myself. Here is a kick. Teller told me I m not authorized to use my mom ATM. N manager agreed to that. I told them my mom situation and they insisted that I m not authorized to use her ATM even with my name as power of attorney on the account. I call the customer service to verify the regulations on the power of attorney. They agreed with me that there should not be any issues using my mom ATM card. I would not even give 1 star if I can because they don't deserve it. Avoid this branch if you can. Read other reviews.

This review is for Maryam. I currently bank with Bank of America, Platinum Honors client, for what it's worth (apparently not much, so don't bother getting this or any status with them). I called to ask if a question I had could be solved either at their branch or over the phone. She proceeded to berate me about how she wasn't going to fix any issues over the phone, completely glossing over the fact that I was willing to come into the branch (I live nearby). I attempted to explain that I could come into the branch, but she continued to interrupt and talk over me, saying to call the 1-800 number and not her, and then hung up. What horrible customer service.

I've been in here a few times over the past 6 months or so, and my experiences haven't been great. First time, I was opening a checking account. Banker wanted to know my employer and how long I'd been with them. Um no, sorry, this is a checking account. You're not extending me credit. But she kept insisting she had to fill in some field on her computer, pressuring me to tell her something she was going to find out anyway once I set up direct deposit. But wouldn't you know it? Once I got up to walk away, suddenly she can make an exception. Next time, I'm in here because I don't have my ATM card on me, but I need to make a cash deposit. I show my ID, teller looks up my account, makes the deposit, and all seems well. Until a couple weeks later I notice the deposit never showed up in my account. I call BofA's customer service, which was a separate fiasco ending with them telling me to go back to the branch. Anyway, turns out the teller deposited my money into someone else's account! Same name, but 300 miles away. By some miracle, I still have the deposit receipt to track down the transaction, but you can imagine where I'd be without that. Eventually they get the money into the right account. So great, but am I compensated for this hassle? No way. If you're committed to banking with BofA, you might want to try a different branch.

I'm only giving it 5 stars because of the person that actually help me. I had a serious issue with my accounts. I first tried to speak with a banker named Maryam who absolutely didn't want to have anything to do with me. She was very rude and condescending. She asked me If I had an appointment otherwise she cannot help me. I let her know that I have been a long time customer and I am in a sticky situation, but she ignored me and proceeded to make a phone call . I was disgusted and about to leave. I ended up speaking to the assistant manager Leena Ali who was so gracious and kind. She was extremely knowledgeable in what was going on with my accounts and what my options were. I did not realize what was truly happening until she explained it to me. Leena help me more than I could ever thank her for. She is this branch's only saving grace.

This review is for Maryam . She is so sweet and kind . I came in on a very busy Friday afternoon and wanted to open a checking account and credit card . She greeted me with a friendly ,warm smile and took the time to go over everything and the information with me . She was very informative and she really cared about my needs . I can tell she wanted my experience to be a positive one and I'm happy to say it was . You can tell she cares about her customers and wants what's best for them . Thank you Maryam for your wonderful customer service . Go to Maryam for your banking needs, I promise you she will help you and you won't leave disappointed. Keep up the excellent work Maryam

Not enough help at this location.... just waited on line for over 20m with just 3 people ahead of me... that's too much - no?

Edit: hate to give this kind of review because the manager that helped me was super nice and had a nice conversation with him but the setup here for a Friday afternoon just is inadequate. Came in at 4pm on a Friday, so I understand that no one wants to still be at work and would rather be doing anything else but holy moly, no one was in today! I came in to open an account and while the staff seemed friendly, everyone just moved soooooooo slowly. Waited at least 40 minutes to open my account, definitely should've just left but didn't anticipate everyone taking so long... there were two people working the desks and one teller, and at least 5-6 customers who were just waiting around. Just overall very inefficient at this time, hopefully not all the time...

They don't care for their customers and they don't always know what they are doing. One time the line was so long, and they all just went to the "vault" and left one girl by herself to help all of us. One guy was sitting at a desk and when asked to help, he said "that's not my job".

I have experienced the demise of this bank's depositor oriented policies and direction, to its current position at the bottom of the figurative pond. And, like the big, fat bottom feeder that it has become, it has bloated itself into biggest-but decidedly not the best. I keep looking for a sign of the old bank with its California leadership ethic and Carolina hospitality, but no. I guess I'll have to hitch a ride with the next class-action coming through town. On a positive note, they are leading edge when it comes to techno-processes and efficiency-the better to skin you with, I guess.
