The new store manager, Rolan and Norma, Sales Clerk are friendly and so courteous. My husband and I went to the store to purchase a necklace for everyday use but we left the store purchased so much more. I really love the new management Rolan has a very good inter-person skills. Love the stores new mission statement as well. Keep it up team, San Mateo!

Brian is the best! Pleasant and helpful- we are moving to San Mateo from the city and he gave us a friendly welcome. With prices that are reasonable combined with a friendly service, what a delight. I recommend this place over and over.
