I had the worst customer service of my life yesterday afternoon. I asked the cashier lady nicely if she can break $20, she replied ( with an attitude) after she finishes counting her bank. I said ok I will wait, then another employees I think his name is Don - dark looking man asked me what I need? , I replied change for $20. He said we don’t give change. I said is this a store policy? I’m a customer for almost 30 years and I never heard of it. He said you must buy something to get change - that is what my manager told me. Then when I asked him about his manage’s name, he got irritated and asked me to leave the store or he will call the police!! What the hell happened to this employee? Is this how he was trained to talk to 62 years old business man from the neighbours. Just because I didn’t need anything to buy that moment. I think he didn’t like my middle-eastern look. This is clearly discrimination. I don’t think I can ever wall into another Bevomo store after this ugly, inhuman treatment. please fire this guy and save your store.

I decided to visit this location for the first time yesterday since Whole Foods is nearby. The location was a bit hard to get to because from where I was going, you needed to turn left onto Hillsdale court rather than Hillsdale Blvd. At the store, the clerks were very helpful and friendly. One lady told me what the store's favorites are from their recent tasting as well as the customer favorites. One of the recommendations was spot on. I had a few bottles in mind coming in and checked all the bottles on the Vivino app and was able to narrow down on some bottles. Great store and friendly staff!

One of the most friendliest customer service staffs with the most important adequate knowledge of product ever! May just have to drive to that location just because of how comfortable I felt with that staff at that particular location.

Diana is great. Super friendly and helpful. Found just what I wanted.BevMo is a ridiculously complicated place to shop. Be prepared for about 5 minutes of online forms and coupons and surveys in order to reduce the price of whatever you buy to be roughly what it tends to cost anywhere else. Then remember to opt out later so you don't get spammed.
