The boost mobile located in San Mateo has the worst customer service because what I did was trying to add a new phone into my plan this lady told me I can’t because that phone didn’t have service but then she told me to call my carrier and and explain them if they can give an extension so after that it worked then we begin with the process so where I got really confused was putting the account number on the system which it went through so again I hadn’t to call my carrier and ask them the right account number so then it went through then she said that it take around 15-20 minutes so we waited but nothing happened so then she said to give her another 15 minutes and nothing happened but it got service the only bad thing calls or texting just didn’t went through just to be honest this lady right there lied because then the next day in the morning the phone worked because I called customer service so this lady would call us to see if the phone is working which we provided a number to her but we never received a response from her also she mention that my new payment was gonna been 130.00 for four lines so that also was a lied so I paying 110.00 not the same amount she told me I’m really disappointed with this employee what I want to say is the supervisor or manager should see this situation and to have a talk with her or show her more training but also teach her what is communication with customers or showing her how to be an honest person.

They sell defective products as new. I brought a pair of airpods pro, one airpod was not working, so, I exchange them for other pair but the charging box was broken. Rn I'm on my 3 pair but the touch of the airpod are not responding. I already verified is the airpods pro were original on the Apple website, they airpods originally were replaced for someone else because they are defective. They don't give my money back because it's there policy.
