Excellent service. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. My car was repaired much faster than anticipated. Definitely would recommend and would return should I need any work in the future (but hopefully not 🙃)

Roberto was the customer service contact and he was always kind and looking for the best option for the work I was going to get. The car was delivered in a better shape that it was dropped and they washed it and cleaned it from the inside as additional service. Everything was fast and the communication was always effective, I would 100% recommend this place for any repair.

Neila, my 10 year old Mazda3 (yes, he has a name😋) and I were in a hit and run about 2 - 3 weeks ago. At the time, with everything else going on with me, it seemed like the last pin in the button !!!
Robert & Team turned that around for me. I am including the before and after pictures to speak for themselves. Their work and constant “presence” with their customer is beyond amazing.
I watch my 12 year old cat who likes to laze around the lawn in front of my car port in summer. I usually plonk myself with a cup of tea on Neila’s bonnet huffin & puffing through this endearing chore. On the day I brought Neila back, all I could do is admiringly stare at him for a looong time (yes the cat was just fine 🙄😀). Nostalgia looks back at the day I drove Neila into this port on 22 /June /2014. Happy Birthday Neila :). I still cannot bring myself to use my “bonnet seat” 🤣.

They took really good care of my car. Very detailed repair. They even vacuumed the car and help me with my son's carseat and even gave him snacks to eat while I did the paperwork. Very nice and friendly staff.

From start to finish, the service I received from everyone working at the shop was outstanding. My car was ready fixed and ready for pickup in less than 2 days. If I ever need to repair my vehicle again, I would definitely come back.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The whole staff was super helpful and answered all my questions. Also when my car was finished they went above and beyond when one of my doors not being worked on had issues closing, and everyone came out to fix the issue. Definitely would suggest coming here for sure for your car repairs.

Had a good experience repairing my car with them. But when asked for a follow up they keep making things quite difficult, dodging responsibility with claims on the age of the car.And the car is only 10 years old with less than 23 thousand miles.If every car is brand new, we wouldn’t need a repair shop, for crying out load!
