Royo the bank teller provided me with attentive and courteous service when I visited this branch on Thursday, January 4. This branch's reputation stood out from the others because of his exceptional service. Royo was deserving of a raise and recognition from the company.

My Mom passed away a couple of months ago. So, we had to delete her name in the account and add my name. The account already had my 2 brother's names on it already. I make an appointment about a week ago with Kevin Cho. I was surprised when he call me on Friday to confirm our appointment the next day and discuss the goal of our appointment, then told us what we need to bring so that we would be successful in removing my Mom's name and add my name. Kevin was great from the start, he greeted us when we entered the bank and was very patience and explained everything in detail. The bank closed at 2:00, but we didn't finish until 2:15pm. Kevin did not complaint and was always friendly. I would bank here because Kevin works here. Good job.

there was no line, they helped me in 1 minute and everybody was very polite. very close to an exit from 101 which makes it a convenient branch if you need to stop at chase bank on your way to work

This branch front door said close at 6pm. They told me they close at 5pm. I told them but the door did said 6pm. they should put extra notice to tell ppl they change time. It is very confuse.

supper terrible!!! the banker Fung (cindy or what) ordered check book for me, and i mentioned the address has apt number twice, and 1 month later i still not get the check book, and i came back to her, she said she has no idea, later she said oh the mailing address has no apartment number, she asked me to go to my leasing office to ask..without any sorry. of course the leasing office said anything wrong address will be returned to sender. and i asked Fung to stop the missing checks for safety reason, and order another one to the correct address, and when i received the check i started to use it, guess what? she stopped my new order check instead of the missing one, which caused the checks transaction void, and the other back charged me fee for returned check. I had to call the bank (800) customer service to find all this out... how the Chase train their workers? if they have no attitude to work as a professional, at least use their heart/brain to do the work carefully!

It is always a pleasure doing business at this bank. I inevitably have one of the young kids in our family in tow when I visit. The staff are friendly and on point. There is never a glitch or issue doing business here. The kids enjoy grabbing candy from the dish in the waiting area and find it enjoyable rather than a chore to visit the bank.

Went to this branch Saturday, around noon, the branch was almost empty, bankers in their cubicles and nobody even acknowledged we were there. After 45 minute, two bankers left, two more were working on their computers, completely ignoring us. We finally ran out of time and left without talking to anyone. Wonder who check the quality of their work or customer satisfaction. Today I went to the San Bruno branch and had a completely different experience. Hope this coment reaches Chase management and they do something to improve the service. The cashiers did help other customers though, but the bankers were busy chatting in their cubicles.

I have been dealing with fraud with this bank going on 2months horrible customer service they asked me to get all the information together I turned it in to them and they said they never received anything and I'm currently out of $500+ and I have a son on the way.
