Great experience at this branch. We just walked in and never thought that we were supposed to have an appointment for opening an account, surprisingly, a lady squeezed us in, and helped us opening account just right before her next appointment coming. It was smooth and quick, and they also have different choices for card design!

Went here to accomplish a couple things. Priya needs more customer service training. She smiles and greets but after that, her communication skills and choice of words are not for customer service. Instead of finding and offering a solution, she told me I can't do the transaction at all. I had to ask for the manager. When the manager approached me, Priya was interrupted the manager telling me again that I can't do the transaction. Ending - she was wrong.

I was trying to get some bank fees reversed and the banker wasn't available until the next day, which meant another inconvenient trip back to the branch. Branch manager Deepika Kumar was more than accomodating though, getting on the phone with customer service and made sure that not only were the charges reversed but that my credit card was linked to my business banking account so that the charges wouldn't happen again! This was not her job to do this but she stepped up and made me a happy customer!

I like this location, always friendly customer service and parking is always available when I come to this location. It is situated in a busy corner of San Mateo... 3 stars for the 3% this bank is only able to give me for my savings (when prime rate is now at 7.5%). Maybe it was my introduction that prompted the service rendered today or something.... that I knew other products like ibonds currently are at 6.89% and is doing a lot better than Chase? But 3 stars for the current rate they are offering to a private client. Otherwise recommend this location to all.

Ms. Kumar is extremely kind and helpful when I visited to open my account last week.She's helped all the way to complete my procedure with a very detailed explanation. Surely this brunch will be my favorite of the chase.

Extremely unhelpful. Came here for notary after being directed here from another branch. They sent us to a third location that 'may' be able to help but they wouldn't help beyond giving us a public number that won't actually go through to the bank.

Worst customer service. The older lady who I believe is the manager needs a wake up, she reminds me of an old elementary teacher that everyone hated at school. Rude and condescending. Avoid this place. Atm is great though

Coming in to this bank. The older lady who works at the front, I think who was the manager, horrible customer service and very rude. Was working with an Asian male banker, I got a call from work so I had to leave, this banker kept asking for my social security number when I clearly told him I'll be back to finish what we were talking about and I don't feel comfortable giving my social security number without me being there. He persistently kept asking that I should give it to him, 5x to be exact. This bank really has some issues and it really seems like a cold environment to be working there. Will never come to this bank

It's rare to actually have to go into a bank these days, so when I had to go into this Chase branch to tell them that the door wouldn't open for me the previous night when I was trying to access their ATM's, I thought an apology was in order. Instead, I got a rather smug reply from the staff, telling me "it should have worked. it worked for me this morning." What a jerky response. With this kind of customer service, they don't deserve to be in business. Seriously

Typical Chase bank. Nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly. I like the convenient location and the small, but sufficient, parking lot in the back.

Gladys Benavides is AMAZING! She goes above and beyond to make sure her branch can accommodate its customers. Really can't say enough about how great she and her location are.
