Cigar Loft is a full service cigar lounge with a great selection, offering both premium sticks and moderately priced labels. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making customers feel at home like a regular. It features a nice little lounge with leather chairs and an Honor Bar. The location on 25th is great. What sets this place apart is its impeccable and old school customer service. The staff is very nice, patient, accommodating, helpful, friendly, and generous, willing to go the extra mile. They greet customers at the door and walk them through the vast selection with great knowledge. The experience creates a good atmosphere where one can relax, meditate on the aromas, and enjoy life. Reviewers highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.
This is the best cigar lounge in San Mateo. They’re really welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a quick smoke before heading back to San Jose and the gentleman helped me pick the cigar I wanted, excellent cigar selection and cigar accessories. Check them out the got all the heavy hitter cigars.
