I have been to several CVS stores over the years and I am a CVS Extra Care member, which is one of the better loyalty programs in my opinion. This store is better than most and although not staffed with a lot of people, gets the job done. Shelves are well organized and clean which is not a simple feat since they carry thousands of items. I thought the cashiers here were very friendly and helpful.

Been going to this CVS for a while now. Consistent good customer. I've used Photo Department all the time here it's affordable especially if you use there promo codes they have on line. I would like to say Thank you to Becky I'm not sure if she is the manager but she went the extra mile to help me out with my transaction. Thank you that kind of service deserves a 5-star especially if you expect we don't do that answers because they can't be bothered. Becky tried and tried several ways to the point that you feel bad it's taking up resources. She gave me an excellent customer that I I haven't experienced in a while. Thank you

The pharmacy staff : Just very rude to everyone that I witnessed them deal with. I watched them roll their eyes when people ask questions.

CVS has gone overboard with security and locking up merchandise.Sometimes it takes hours to get someone to unlock the toothpaste cabinet.Have walked out a couple of times.

Been coming here for years, and I notice they are very short handed, however I have always received great service from this cashier by the name of Dana. i want her to know that her service and kindness Matters . There's also this guy that comes in at 2:00 pm , thats really nice (Steven) called him regarding Baloons, his attitude was yes we have balloons no problem come on i'll take care of you :)

Dear CVS Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase made through CVS rewards points. My husband recently bought an “AA battery” at CVS using his Care Pass $10 rewards, but unfortunately it was the wrong type of battery. We had intended to purchase a “AAA battery”, and were surprised to find that we were unable to exchange the item for the correct one. The cashier EDGAR informed us that CVS only allows returns, not exchanges. This would be fine, except that the cashier Edgar also said that we would not be able to get the points back, as they were considered “gone.” Really? It was just a few minutes ago, and it’s same item (battery) only different type of battery. The cashier Edgar kept on saying it’s CVS policy and not his. He even stated that his co-worker “____” got fired because she didn’t follow the CVS policy but was recently re-instated…blah blah blah….??? I did not care about his gossip as it was not relevant to our purchase issue. I just wanted him to find any solution to the matter but he wasn’t helpful at all. We ended up buying another battery and the battery we do not need because the cashier will not return the Care Pass $10 reward.I find this policy to be unacceptable. My husband had the right to know that his purchase was non-exchangeable before he committed his rewards points to it. Furthermore, he should not have to lose out on the points he used to purchase this item merely due to an honest mistake (by picking up the wrong type of battery). I understand that exchanges and returns may not be possible in all situations, but I expect better customer service than this.
