Wish I could give it more stars, however the store overall was nice, i was greeted by a nice employee... the problem went down in the pharmacy, I visited this CVS location a few days ago and a worker was giving me slight attitude and a passive aggressive tone when I asked her if my prescription was ready. I don't know if this lady had a bad day, but she didn't have to take it out on me! Her mame sounded exotic and I have trouble remembering but I think her name started with a Y or an i..Not sure but I hope all is well…

CVS at the Woodlake shopping center is my neighborhood health care pharmacy store. The store offers a drive thru for pharmacy pickup. The CVS store offers all my essential needs and is equipped with a pharmacy and personal care section. The store is often stocked for different holidays and then offers post sale inventory. The smaller items such as greeting cards and vitamins are very expensive. The free big parking lot is a plus

I came to pick up at prescription 1:25 they said they were closed for lunch already even if was not 1:30 yet. The girl was so rude. I hope management address this Asian person

People over there are really nice, helpful and patient. There’s always clean and organized. I have my subscriptions there and I have never experienced a complicated situation.

The customer service is great here. The cashier Kim was very patient to help me. I bought some thing that needed a receipt to reimburse but I forgot to print a receipt and she was very happy to help me return and rebuy them. She was very warm hearted.

This is my local CVS pharmacy and I will not be sending ANY more prescriptions to this location! I can give one star for the relative patience of the staff members but cannot believe the utter disrespect and unpleasant attitude with the two employees I spoke with today! I understand that it is the end of a business day but being a healthcare worker myself, I am very disappointed.

Poor customer service. I wanted to have a passport photo taken and have the digital copy emailed to me and they didn't seem to understand my simple request. I spoke to 2 reps and tried to explain to them that I was looking for a digital copy, a file I could send over the internet and not a printed copy and they just didn't get it. I kept getting told by the 1st rep to go online and send my photo to the booth for printing, like bruh if I had a digital copy I could send online we wouldn't be having this conversation. The 2nd rep pretended to look something up for a few seconds and came back to tell me that they didn't have what I was asking for. Please don't assume your customers are d****

This review is for the Pharmacy section: AVOID this pharmacy as long as you can ! They are not helpful AT ALL ! They immediately reject whatever is not at their 100% convenience.They are not caring and have no understanding of customer's situation. The only reason I chose this pharmacy to send prescription to , was their location that is very close by but I'm done with here, Today is the last time I use this extremely inconvenient pharmacy.

I just came to this cvs store and I asked an employee that I think her name is martha and asked her for help and she responded in a mean and rude way with a bad attitude. I asked for help but she ignored me and continued doing something else like if I didn't asked for help. Also there was a another customer who also said that she had bad experience with this employee as well. This means that this person has a problem with working in customer service. You guys really need to look into this.

This CVS has a rude snappy insolent intolerable ignorant “manager” -name Martha- she needs emergency customer service classes! I shop here on a regular basis and I often witness her rude snappy insolent demeanor towards all customers! Not just myself. Ex: when people asks her a questions she doesn’t listen and is quick to say “idk,” with a snappy aggressive rude loud response- all in the attempt to avoid helping customers; and if someone comes in to return an item -she goes off rudely at customers- during the return transaction as if the refund/funds were coming out of her pocket! Or is it?!?! Her demeanor makes it clear that -she hates- her job so why is she working in an area where she’s required to provide customer service?! My nightmare experience with this rude aggressive snappy ignorant woman was during a money gram transaction in which she processed and completed the transaction BUT didn’t give me the money I was there to collect! She refused to give me my money, she kept the money, and attempted to shut me up and kick me out of the store because I asked for her to give me the money she took from my money gram transaction! I confirmed that she took the money out of the money gram transaction because I called Money Gram and they said that “the money had been collected at this CVS at the time this -Martha- processed the transaction”! is she a thief?! Or a -Ratera- in Spanish?!
