Got my new covid vaccine, as I had a reservation there was only a minute wait and the pharmacist seemed like a nice person. I called later about a potential interaction with a prescription medication and they took the effort and time to do a little research to get my answer. This CVS is rated low but my personal experience today both in store and on the phone was superb. Thank you!

Awful, anti-social pharmacists. This one time I informed them their blood pressure check-up machine was having issues, so they went up and disconnected the device. They did not have the courtesy of informing the elderly gentleman occupying the machine about it. Seeing him struggle to get a reading, I went up to the poor chap to let me know the machine was broken.If they can't be bothered about basic human courtesy, god forbid trying to get them to fix any serious customer issues.

Worst CVS in the entire chain. Lazy staff, arrogant and rude pharmacist. I recommend choosing a different location and avoid this one at all costs.

The worst pharmacy ever! Nothing is ever delivered on time, constantly making customers run around in circles and make phone calls to the doctors and insurance companies AND yet nothing gets done! If you ever want to get your medications on time, go anywhere but here!

I walked in there with my son and waited in line. Gave the new insurance card to the cashier Daisy. I let her know I have new insurance. She got me to start updating information for my cvs card. She gave me my insurance card and rang up the prescription. It was full price. I asked her why it was full price and she said she didn't put it on the insurance. She said I need to go into the Drop off line to get that updated and it had like 8 people on it. The pharmacist refused to help her work with me and said I needed to go get in that line with 8 people. She could have told me that before I wasted a bunch of time with her. I ended up walking out I'll probably get the prescription transferred somewhere else.

I have never had this kind of bad experience before. I wish I could give negative score!My dentist ordered a prescription for me this morning, and I came here around 5pm to grab it. But they said they could not find any record for me. Okay I thought maybe my dentist made a mistake. However, after one hour I got a call from this CVS pharmacy saying my prescription was ready to pick. Then I came here again to get it. BUT they still could not find any info for me!!! This is insane!!! And they don’t even have a manager who may know this a little more. Such a bad system!!! Then they let me call the CVS customer service, but after waiting for a while it said they were closed and I had to call them tomorrow??! Excuse me shouldn’t customer service always available??! Never come here again!!! I really need those medicine as I am gonna do a small surgery the next day. This bad experience made me nervous and worried that maybe I have to put off my surgery. OMG this is INSANE!!!

Worst customer experience I've had! I am a Kaiser member and will definitely stay with Kaiser. This experience made me see the excellent customer service at KP. The pharmacists at this location were rude and condescending. It's unfortunate they are in the profession they are in. No hand-off between the pharmacist who was in a rush to leave and the one who was taking over. A pharmacy tech raised her voice at me while asking if I will be paying out of pocket, 3rd time I was asked. Does CVS/Aetna even train them to have courtesy or some decent human respect? Such a shame. I ended up waiting for two hours while not feeling well. Why the 1 star? Because I cannot post a review without a star rating.

Huge CVS location with nothing in it. Plenty of parking in the private lot. The staff are nice here and they say "Hello", to you when you enter the location.

I'm not a fan of CVS Pharmacies in the first place but this one is by far THE WORST I've ever had to deal with. I'm not sure if it's the nature of how CVS has designed their (archaic) system, or if it's individual store management, or both - but I would advise you drive out of your way to a different CVS (or better yet, try Walgreens) before using this pharmacy. All the patience in the world won't help you with this place!

Dan Do @ Pharmacy Dept! He went above and beyond with his customer service. He was patient with me and gave me a walkthrough on the various steps on my request which was a little complex.

I was hoping things have improved over time but I was clearly wrong. Things are still so unorganized and mismanaged with the Pharmacy and the store! We made an appointment for a flu shot online per the sign at the Pharmacy. We got there and they told us they are out of flu shots and to come back in 3-4 days. Their online appointments system doesn't check inventory, and so the only way to be sure is to do it the old fashioned way, which is to give them a call. Another wasted trip here! Also I grabbed a Xmas bow and was charged $3.99, only to realized when I got home that the sign on the bow says $2.99. My fault for not noticing but that just goes to say there's nothing good about this store! I really hate coming here . It's so poorly run and it's in a nice town here. They need much better management at the Pharmacy and the store!!
