My family had an outstanding experience working with Billy DeMartini. He helped us find a great tenant quickly, got the unit into excellent shape with his maintenance team, and handled every detail with care and professionalism. The entire process was seamless. He was also incredibly patient and respectful with my elderly parents always taking the time to explain everything in simple terms. He even came over in person countless times with printed copies of the paper to walk them through the lease agreements. That level of kindness is really rare.
He really went above and beyond the call of duty — whether it’s coordinating repairs, following up on small details, or being available at all hours of the night when we had questions. Most importantly, he’s a genuinely great person and really cares. It is not easy to find someone who's both highly competent and deeply honest -- we feel incredibly fortunate we did. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Billy at Earth Real Estate is an exceptional property manager, and I am so glad that he is managing my rental! Billy is personable (easy to talk to over the phone and in-person), candid (readily suggests affordable yet impactful improvements), professional (always follows through on his words and commitments), and knowledgeable (understands the market really well and executes marketing precisely and perfectly). On top of these great qualities, Billy is diligent, and always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. I couldn’t be happier with Billy and Earth Real Estate and wish I had found Billy years ago! He is definitely the best!

We love our new place! We had an amazing experience working with Billy, who not only helped us get out of a tough living situation but also helped us find the right fit. He even comes to visit the property and help out the property manager. Working with him was great and recommend him for anyone trying to find a new home.

Billy manages the rental we live in, and is easy to work with and is always looking to help.
Update: We moved out of the rental after 2.5 years and Billy was helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend Billy as a property manager and real estate agent.

Billy DeMartina is a clsss act, easiest agent I’ve worked with. He was able to lease my rentals within days of listing. He was recommended to me and I highly recommend him to others. I will definitely continue to work with Billy on all future buying, selling and leasing.

From start to finish, trying to communicate with this company has been a disaster. Every single email is completely automated with absolutely zero useful information, the information I've received over the phone (the one time I actually spoke to someone) turned out not to be true, many emails I've sent have been completely ignored, I received multiple emails with conflicting information or incorrect. I've left multiple VMs without a reply. The experience has been really troubling.

I have worked with Billy DeMartini for a year or two, and have found him to be superbly professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a tremendous aid. He has not only helped me to find good tenants, conduct background checks, and process both applications and lease/rental contracts, but perhaps more importantly, he has helped keep me apprised of the most currently laws & regulation, local, state and federal, impacting my role as a landlord. I couldn't do it without him!

I have only known Billy for a few weeks and he appears to be the best that I have had as a property manager. He is understanding, responsive, has a great eye for cosmetic improvements that make a difference for your money. He gets his team ,cleaners, handymen, and home inspectors to "get the job done" and he helps with the littlest requests that are so important to the owner. He respects my home as if it was his. I am so glad I found him. "Such a relief" he is as compared to my past property managers. Thanks again Billy!!
