I went to Foot Locker on the evening of December 12 and I was looking for a pair of high top sneakers. Unfortunately Gabi wasn't able to help me find something in my size but we were able to find a very cool black Nike zip up hoodie. It was great so the trip was not made unnecessarily. Gabi was so professional and ridiculously kind. She complimented me when she didn't have to. Thank you, Gabi! I hope to shop with you again.

I really wish the workers (males specifically) look and be available for customers. It seems Iike some of the males in there avoid eye contact with you so you don't ask them for help or they try to look more busy folding rather than ask the customer in that area, "I'm here to help, just let me know if you have any questions".The females are always helpful and I am not making this about gender at all. It has been my experience here at this specific Foot Locker and avoid coming there because of that but my daughter asked to go there for some last minute shoes for vollyball. I look around to ask for assistance and out of 4 people, 1 person a male had a smile and was attentive so thanks to him, I didn't get his name but if it weren't for him we would have just walked out without making any purchases.

This store is under stocked in kids' shoe sizes. They never have the size my son wears. Surprisingly, they had one pair today, but, unfortunately, it was stained. They had the next size up. I asked them to hold it for me while I checked in with my wife to make sure the bigger size would work. No problem, sir. I came back to pick up the shoes that were on hold for about 1/2 hour. Sorry, sir. Someone bought the shoes that we were holding for you.Really????? Yes, really.

I stopped by this Foot Locker to see if that had a couple shoes I had my eye on but could never locate my size. Lo and behold, Foot Locker Hillsdale had not just one but both shoes! I honestly have to just say thank you to JR (Jonrick) for being so patient and grabbing me both shoes in the multiple sizes that I wanted / needed to try. I was there for a nice chunk of time. I had tons of questions too, which he so happily answered. I cannot mention enough how hospitable he is.In the season of Christmas shopping and the hectic mess of life, it was so nice to have assistance with a smile. I'll definitely come back to this specific Foot Locker and ask for assistance from him, again.

Great service. The staff is experienced. When I hesitated between a smaller size and a larger size both seemed fitting my feet, she suggested the larger one without hesitation. It proved to be a good decision. I also switched to a pair of lower priced shoes shortly after I made the initial purchase. They were supportive and didn’t hesitate in agreeing with the change.
