Bad costumer service, manager working at the beginning of the week has a bad attitude. Doesn’t even greet people just stares at you. You almost feel unwelcome.

There was a store-wide sale when i went. Great deals. All the accessories were for $7!!! Good quality clothes and tops. Staff is helpful but seemed irritated when you go over racks, a staff member immedaitely comes by and rearranges what you just touched…

My wife tried to return and item about 2 weeks ago. The staff said their computer system was not working and were unable to conduct a return. We said ok we can return at a later date.Two weeks laters and the same situation. What kind of company doesn't resolve and computer issue? We were advised to go to the Burlingame store for returns. They didn't even offer to extend or allow to return our items indefinitely. We had to ask to extend their return policy since now we have go to a different city to make a simple return.I don't plan on buying anymore items at this company that can't even resolve a computer issue

Walked in with the door still open and the associate said they were closed. It was 15 minutes until they actually close the store according to their hours online. This location has gone so down hill since they have reopened after the shutdown, the people who work here really don't care (and I can vouch since I did work at this location and we used to be drilled on customer service) and their hours now just don't even compete with how late the rest of the mall stays open now. This location when I worked here closes at 9 and I think it's time for those hours to come back if they want business. Not sure if it's worth my energy to come back.

I bought something and then checked the website once I left the store and found out it was $10 cheaper, when I went back and asked if they could price match. the lady did it with an attitude and then told me "next time just buy it online" but you can't check online while you're in the store because there is no phone service! the store associate "alecia" has a major attitude issue and should not be working in customer service. to top it off, once I left and looked at the receipt, she didn't even match it correctly and charged me an extra two dollars more then the website price, but at that point I was too anxious to go back and tell her.

I wish they wouldn't do a store count durring regular hours it takes away from the customer shopping experience. The stuff is cute But, I also feel like the staff could be more attentive. This is the third time I've been ignored while shopping at this location. I wish they would do a little better.

It sends emails for cheap & cute inventory which you never got in the stores. I have been getting emails for $4.98 merch for sometime, finally went to the store (isn't close to my place) only to realize there are just 11 items (odd size & repeat items) which are available in the category they mentioned in the emails. Highly disappointed :(

I was in on a Monday early afternoon. I don't know if I just have high standards or if these girls just really don't care. I was in store for max 20 minutes. No acknowledgment at all, and I wasn't even the only person in the store they didn't acknowledge anyone. They were talking about personal stuff the entire time where everyone could hear the conversation. I used to work at a Francesca's years ago and my god the standards for training, someone needs to do better. I also wanted to note that the fitting rooms were full of product, I put a photo of all the things that were not mine in the room... probably going to be there for hours before they get the motivation to do their job and put them back. Or even check the fitting room in general

Never had I ever thought the employees would try to trick me into giving my email for their rewards or email newsletter sign up. I took my mom on her birthday to get some cute jewelry pieces that were affordable and we went home to try them and it didn't work out. We went back the next day trying to return the items we have just purchased. The girl Imane at the register said they needed our name, email, and phone number just to return an item. I thought it we super strange because usually a return is a return and nothing is needed but the receipt so at first we were like no we don't have a account with you thinking we signed up already. But then she said we couldn't return unless we gave them our information. My mom couldn't read the screen so she agreed on the screen but I got suspicious so I gave them a fake email and phone number because I don't like dirty tricks like that and I don't just give out my information to places I don't regularly shop at. And when we walked in she was on her phone playing around so clearly she didn't really care and only wanted us to sign up so she could get recognized at work for her "hard work" on getting sign ups. I think those are pretty cheap tricks and don't get me wrong, I like the shop and what they have but the employees need to be better and need to learn to just ask and accept the fact that people don't want millions of sales emails and giving personal information out. No respect given. Sucks to say, I won't be going back to that location, maybe I'll have better luck at the others.

I been to other locations I always have a great experience friendly environment. Great customer service. But sadly the Hillsdale mall location was the worst experience the lady's were not helpful & not friendly it felt like they didn't want to be there. I recommend teaching them how to be nice & helpful. I will not be coming back.
