“My Dad and I lost my mother last Christmas Eve. Like so many families during the pandemic, we had to wait until months later to hold a memorial service. I had used Crosby-N. Gray to purchase my Mom's urn and had been impressed with their facilities as well as the service provided by their representative, Jack Jensen. It's convenient to San Francisco Airport for our relatives who were coming from Southern California and close to where we wanted to hold the lunch for the attendees afterwards, so we decided to go with Crosby-N. Gray for my Mom's Celebration of Life. It ended up being a terrific decision. The exterior of the building is impressive and the interior has a reception area where you can greet your guests. The chapel is bright, warm, and inviting with sofas and armchairs near the entrance and pews for up to 225 attendees. It is a truly beautiful facility that made me feel immediately that this was the right place for our service. The number of services that were included in the price of the service were amazing. Rather than having to compile a powerpoint slideshow of my Mom's photographs myself, Jack sent me a link where I could upload the photos and he and his staff did the rest. The final result was much better than I could ever have hoped to do myself and it saved me precious time the week before the service as I was writing my eulogy and finalizing the restaurant arrangements and the attendees list. They had two large screen TV's in the chapel for the viewing of the slideshow. They provided streaming services for those attendees who couldn't be there in person. They printed programs for the service and provided the memory book where the attendees could sign in. After the service, they gave us a "goodie bag" with two DVD copies of the slideshow, a box of thank you notes, the remaining programs, and the memory book. Jack Jensen was absolutely terrific. He always responded to my inquiries quickly -- whether they were via phone or email -- and was professional, attentive, and comforting. Even though I sent Jack my draft of the program the day before the service, he and his staff were still able to do a wonderful job and were even able to add a photo collage to the back cover. My Dad and I received many compliments for the service and I made sure to give Jack and Crosby-N. Gray their due for all they did for us. I was so pleased with everything that I gave a gratuity above the cost of the service. It has been a difficult 11 months since my Mom passed away, compounded by the fact that we weren't able to have the comfort of the closure a memorial service can provide. However, Crosby-N. Gray was invaluable in being able to obtain that closure by giving my Mom the service she deserved. At a time when you will no doubt be going through one of the most difficult times of your life, Crosby-N. Gray's facility and the caring and compassionate service of their staff will make things easier on you.”

“I had my 34 year old mare cremated here. They were great with communicating every step of the process from when she arrived by the transporter to how long it would take and when her ashes were ready to be picked up a few days later. She was my best friend for over 30 years and I am grateful to have been able to give her a dignified end and to be able to bring her ashes home to stay with our family. Thank you for providing this service for horses.”
