Goodwill Store & Donation Center is a well-established nonprofit located in the San Francisco Bay area, dedicated to creating employment opportunities for local individuals facing barriers. Operating since 1916, it relies on community donations to provide free career services, job training, and affordable shopping options. The store has received mixed reviews from customers. Some appreciate the recent changes that have made it cleaner, more inviting, and better organized. Friendly staff members, like Shane, have been highlighted for their helpfulness. However, others note that the store can be crowded and small, making it challenging to navigate. While some customers have difficulty finding items they want to buy, many treasure hunters enjoy the thrill of searching for unique vintage finds amidst the shelves. Frequent visitors recommend the store for its diverse inventory, which includes clothes, DVDs, toys, and more. Despite its quirks, the experience can be rewarding for those willing to dig and embrace the adventure of thrift shopping. Overall, Goodwill Store & Donation Center remains a popular destination for bargain seekers and treasure hunters in the Peninsula.

Donated 12 bags of clothes. They have large rolling bins you roll right up to your vehicle to put your donations in. Cars continuously coming in, dropping off and out they go. Super easy.

Grungy goodwill with decent clothing. The downside is that you cannot try things on. Ross would be a comparable option in terms of shopping experience.
