The shop has violin and cello bow re‑hair, repair and new size service. Owner works directly with the customer, is extremely patient and carefully looked into the bow with care. Speed and quality of the service are great, finished on time and the re‑hair turned out great. The shop also had the customer try the bow before accepting money and leaving. Instruments are works of art and look, sound and feel amazing. The shop went a very tricky issue fix, above and beyond, with helpfulness, resourcefulness and creativity, giving a broken bow back in time for a performance. Customer service is helpful, nice and very nice, always a pleasure, easy to work with. When a size up need, the shop will definitely come back.
Excellent experience at Ken Sue Violins. I had a cello bow that needed repair. The repair/re-hairing was done beautifully and was fairly priced. Ken himself showed incredible enthusiasm and expert knowledge of his craft, when speaking with him. Highly recommend!
