As a walk in, my experience was really easy. Sign in on kiosk and seen shortly. The man who drew my blood was very professional and gentle with the blood draw! Wish I got his name. I am very happy with my experience. Thank you

The staff are nice and professional. But they seem to be always understaffed . Online scheduling appointment is impossible. It is booked for months . The app is confusing and useless. walk-ins used to be possible, but apparently they no longer allow it in some specific locations due to understaffed.
