The worst customer service experience. The girl with long hair didn’t bother to help and was talking on her phone the whole time. Im a patient person, but she couldn’t even take the time to greet us or at least tell us to wait a minute, which I would have understood. Instead, she just had me standing around waiting to pay so I left instead without buying anything.

I received a hat as a Christmas gift which was too small. I went back to exchange for a larger size. I even had the original receipt. Since the price for the hat was removed they would not exchange it. Please buy things from other retailers. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service. I would give it zero stars if I could.

So many baseball caps to choose from. Of course the Bay Area teams have lots if variations. You can also have your name stitched. This branch is in Hillsdale Shopping Center.

Web site says open at 10:00am and still locked shut at 11:15 … pathetic. There were 15 people here at one point but they’ve all left. 2 days before Christmas… terrible management !

The guy was on his phone and cared more about his conversation than helping out, there is a big sign of a sale going on but its not clear what is on sale, and don't honor their own websites prices.

I drove from Redwood City all the way out there and they closed at 6:45pm when it said they close at 7pm what a joke waste of gas and time for nothing.

Alright this is the 21st century right? Just want to make sure we are all on the same page. First red flag, phone at the shop has not been working for a while so how can anyone check on a custom order? Aight, I'll drive there to meet new hire Kevin. Kevin is new and you can tell the manager has not trained him on how to work the custom machine as he has to call around to figure out how to use it. Kevin tells me hats won't be ready till 2, I tell him "I'll come by in the am to get them." When filling out the custom slip he didn't ask for my phone number.... second red flag. I give him my number and say just in case. This AM I arrive to meet Justin who already seems to know that there is a problem as I walk in. "Ay bro our computer has been down we couldn't get to your hat yesterday." My response "how come no one called me?" He couldn't come up with a reason except for "I knew this was gonna happen, I'm just a minimum wage worker." My response "I'll take a refund then." Moral of the story is don't give this place your money or time until they learn how to treat customers and FIX THIER PHONE. Management should be reevaluated as this store is only going downhill. Also teach your employees to call customers when your end is messing up. It's uncalled for in this day and age.

Always love going in there!!! The hat selection is outstanding and I have always been satisfied with the customer service. Very nice staff, all official hats (New Era, 47, etc..) I have been a proud customer since 2016 and have never looked back. Never been disappointed once in here!!! Overall, great place to be in the mall!!!!
