Their earrings and hair products are NOT returnable nor exchangeable. I realized one of the four earrings I got was crooked, but they won't exchange it. Very bad experience. The lady kept saying "if you come back on the same day maybe we can exchange" which I don't understand - it's not like a pair of metal earrings would become crooked just because of sitting somewhere for a week!

Be careful when buying jewelry for the “body, face & ears” or they say! Their associates don’t warn you that it cannot be returned until you read the receipt or decide to return. Also the jewelry is so cheaply made that their sterling silvers, gold plated & titanium don’t feel like they’ll last long.

A very shady marketing strategy and return policy. I was charged regular price for the items I purchased. The store has CLEARANCE and SALE signs all over. I was still inside the store waiting for my friend, and I decided to return the items that I thought were on sale. Since I did not provide my email address, no receipt was printed. The manager refused to refund both items, because I had no receipt. The cashier didn't tell me that lame policy. If not for my friend, I would not buy. If you want a good Service find a good place... I came and put my time to put a pair of earring and the left side was exactly where I want and the right one wrong place... I'm unhappy with the service and the money I paid for a bad work... Not recommend.

There are good ppl there.Idk her name she's a really pretty Filipina friendly accommodating, she says sure hun no problem,Pretty eyelashes. Super sweet. Great customer service.5$tars for her.The other's not so much.

The two weekends I came in, the girls that work the counter have all been very friendly and helpful; one even took the time to text me when the piercer became available. Dawn, who does the piercings, is the best! I was nervous to get another piercing after letting it close due to a bad experience at a different piercing store years ago, but Dawn was so knowledgable and had such a great energy that she really put me at ease. The actual piercing was very quiet with minimal pain. I even came back the following week for another awesome piercing session with Dawn!

Yes, can get a bit busy and some of the associates are very junior but never rude. Also, wanted to say Dawn was amazing, she was very patient and polite even though the place was on a busy weekend. She explained the piercing job in detail and spent time making sure we like the placement of the piercing, did not get pushy or aggetated when we asked to change. If you want to get your ears pierced ask for Dawn!For the store itself you can get really cute jewelry for real cheap that look much much higher quality than what you paid for, but remember those are cheap jewlery, so don't expect miracles. Will recommend all my friends to go to Lovisa.

Tried to come in twice for piercing (when you call and online it says no appointment needed. Just come in!) each time I got "I'm just about to leave and the next girl doesn't do piercings" the attitude I got when I said I had called...I went up to Claire's where it seemed a lot cleaner and better of selection and quality of piercings anyway. I went back down to this store to look at their jewelry. I asked the new girl one question and she was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I looked at her and told her she clearly hates her job and that she should probably not be working in customer service and left. I interrupted her phone scrolling and that upset her. This store is a hot mess with rude employees!

I am writing this review when my ear piercings are 8 weeks old! I got a pair of lobes and one helix by Kyla and she did an amazing job!! She was very nice and patiently adjusted the location (?) of the piercing several times. With her detailed instructions, I took care of my piercings and they healed pretty well!! Thanks Kyla! I’m going back for more piercings ?

Went to return an necklace that broke. I had recently just bought it. The asian lady was so rude and did not want to help whatsoever. Did not want to even exchange the broken cheaply made necklace. AND refused to give her name. Don’t open a business if you dont know how to treat and help customers. Don’t buy ANYTHING from this store since its so cheap.
