I have been buying Lucky jeans for 20 years love there clothes. My wife went to the Hillsdale lucky brand store we bought $200 worth of clothes with credit card. They would not give the clothes to us the manger said charges our pending told to come back and we did after dinner said it still pending. Will I check my credit card the next day and it clear I call them still would not give us the clothes. I went to the store month latter we live out of town went to cashiers show that it clear our account he agree but they closed it on there in he said he will speak to someone nobody ever contact us. I call that 800 number and gave all the info and they gave me a case number nobody ever contact us. Do not do business with company that takes your money but will not give you the product.

I was a loyal Lucky Brand Jeans wearer for the past 10 years but I won’t be anymore. This store is selling low quality or bootleg Lucky Brand Jeans to their customers and I was one of the unfortunate ones to buy a pair.It took me too long to notice the poor quality and I wasn’t able to return them. I contacted Lucky Brand Jeans customer service and was told to go in-store to speak with a manager. After going in-store, I was told nothing could be done because I had worn and washed the jeans. I told the associate it had been about a year since I bought the jeans (as an example) and it was taken very literally. I bought them in September 2022. Anyway, moral of the story is, don’t spend your hard earned money for low quality/ bootleg jeans at this store. Go elsewhere or find a different brand.

I tried to get a price match with my online order and only needed a confirmation from the Manager called Ceaser. The jeans were cheaper in the store so I called them, when I wasn't in the area, to get them for 70$ instead of 100$. At first they gave me the wrong E-Mail adress, then they took about a month to reply and didn't understand my issue. At the end they said, they couldn't do anything and everything was for nothing!!! I'm very disappointed with the team of this store... They should really work on their costumer service!

The mall isn't even closed yet, 9pm. It's 8:30pm. Lucky, along with other stores, are closed.

I love Lucky Brand jeans and was bummed that the stores closest to me have closed. Trekked down to San Mateo and it was absolutely worth it. Michelle was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient without being pushy, it was the perfect experience and I walked out a very happy customer with what I needed. Will happily go back.

Customer service "Ricardo" wasnt the best helpful person on the floor, very rude and felt like we were discriminated. First time we saw him in that store, we are regular customers and never had this kind of experience. Needs more training

I saw some other reviews about poor customer service so I wanted to clear that up and add my experience that was enhanced by great customer service. I came here with my boyfriend to find him a pair of jeans. He didn't really know what he wanted, just his size. We were helped immediately by one of the employees, Daryl, who picked out a few different styles for him to try and he was really great! He was knowledgeable and friendly, while still giving my boyfriend space to try them on at his own pace. We were able to find the perfect pair (I think it was the Athletic Slim Fit 412) thanks to his help. Not sure if they read these reviews, but thank you, Daryl, you were great! The other employee working at the time also seemed very capable, attentive, and friendly to the other customers, but I did not catch her name. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and there were other customers but it wasn't extremely crowded or anything. If you've never shopped here before, Lucky Brand jeans are fairly expensive at around $100 for a pair of jeans. I think they are good quality though :)

I love lucky brand. However, when I visited the Hillsdale store, all of the store associates were ignoring me and without an eye contact either. I zero customer service. I felt like I was invisible from their cold treatment. All of the three associates were talking very loud and giggling among themselves. I felt like they didn't want me to be there. I've been to many different Lucky Brand stores from different sates. This is the worst place I've been to. Lucky Brand needs to re-train their staffs or hire the please who can provide customer service!!!

Went to this store for the first time just to look around. I didn't know my size or have a solid idea of what I wanted. The employees there were very nice and helpful. I also really liked the jeans they helped me find.

Carolyn was so helpful! She knew what style of jeans I was wearing when I walked in (even though the pair was 5+ years old) and pulled some styles that she thought I might like. Her recommendation fit better than the style I planned on getting. Best jean shopping experience of my life! And this is coming from someone who has to get their uniform pants special-ordered. I probably spent less than 10 minutes at the store and walked out with a great-fitting pair of jeans. Thank you, Carolyn!
