I went in there to buy and a negative employee wants to come up to me to not touch the face masks when I wasn’t, I had just walked into the store and was not even even greeted and was looking at the masks with my back turned, and for her to make such an assumption shows her true colors as I am Mexican and she was a white middle aged lady with short hair. I have always gone to the lush store at different malls and never have experienced such a hostile worker. So I left and Keihls ended up winning a customer:) much recommend their service.

really nice store but smaller then the san jose location went in looking for my favorite facial cleanser but it was out of stock!!!! Karina offered to ship it directly to me but im flying out of town they recommended a similar facial cleanser and showed me some items that i needed for a trip!!!!

Been a fan since I learned of this company, I learned today they have reformulated a ton of items that used to contain honey. Yay! Look for items that have a “V” on them. They also have a take back program for lots of their containers which is great - they should extend it to their smaller items too!
Highly recommend their Key Lime Lip Balm, it’s my favorite with glitter!

My daughter had her birthday party here with 9 of her friends. The party host Jacob was absolutely amazing. Jacob ensured my daughter had the best experience possible and paid attention to the small things - I really appreciated this most of all. I would 100% book here again. All the girls were excited and had a fantastic time. Thank you, Jacob, for making this a birthday she won’t forget!

The worker covering a shift from Fisherman's Wharf location named Rey Rey was so nice. Greeted me right when I walked in, created conversation with me and gave suggestions. I've been to lush throughout the years and never experienced service like this. Rey Rey is the perfect example of great customer service.
