There was only one staff member there and he barely spoke English. When asked to help me with my account, he said that he doesn't have the authority. Worst store I have ever been to.

Google says this location closes at 7 PM, they actually close at 6 PM everyday. Wasted gas.

this is the first time i went to this location my phone had given out the person at metroPcs store helped me right away and i got a new phone at a great price she was efficient and ever so helpful made my day having a working cell phone again

Folks know their stuff here. When I need to come in which is not often their pleasant and friendly. As for service 5 star my LG phone is user friendly and a great deal.

If you speak Spanish and no English, this is the perfect place for you. The worker assisting me needed a translator for every word. Then, they had me call customer service because they did not know how to add a line to an existing account. Save yourself gas and time. Calling customer service is much more efficient and helpful.
