“This review is for Ricardo Martinez, store manager who went over and beyond to help solve our problem. We had purchased 20 gallons of exterior paint that was quite different from the swatch (turns out the base was white vs. deep and it was placed online where we should have been warned and not allowed to proceed). After discussing the issue with him, he did not try to defend and offered immediate help by fixing it. He ordered new paint which will come to the store in a different base and even offered to have it delivered. Customer service at its best and Sherwin Williams should recognize such store managers. Thank you Ricardo!”

I’ve been looking for a store near me that sold Mohawk touch up products and am so glad I finally discovered this place. They had everything I was looking for and had ALL the colors.
I bought several Blendal sticks, graining markers, a Pro-mark marker, and a quick fill burn in stick. Best of all, I was able to walk in and out with everything in less than 15 minutes.
Seriously, I’ve spent hours over several weeks searching and debating where to but these from. I couldn’t find a single website that sold all of these products and had the colors I was looking for (basically all variations of mahogany). Not only are the prices here comparable to what I found online, I saved so much money not needing to pay for shipping.

“Our HOA used Kelly-Moore paints for 40 years. However, as they have closed their doors, it was time to select a new paint brand for our homeowners. Many of our owners have experience with Sherwin-Williams, so it made sense to check out SW products. The store manager, Victor Quintero, noticed me trying to match paint chips to some paint swatches and he asked if he could help. Victor took the samples and used a color calibrator to quickly match seven different colors. He then explained the different finishes and grades of paint available before opening an account for our HOA which will enable our owners to buy paint at a discount. All this sounds very professional... because it is. Victor was friendly, patient, and truly committed to meeting our HOA's needs. I drove home and compared the SW paint chips to the seven different paint colors on homes in our neighborhood. No surprise... they all matched. I can easily recommend Victor in SW's Belmont store for assistance with painting projects. He is very, very helpful.”
