Joyce is a very unpleasant person, she always tries to intimidate you, there are two occasions when she gives me the wrong food, she gets very upset and throws the food back if you try to correct her, on the last occasion I asked her for chicken and she was giving me rice and the lady who came next to me told her that even she had heard that I said chicken and not rice, in conclusion no one can tell her anything, nor help with customer service!

This Panda Express is great. Is located upstairs at Hillsdale Mall . The food is always hot and fresh and tastes good and the servers are very friendly

What happened to Panda Express? the quality of the food has dropped a lot, the food has no any taste anymore, the service is terrible, they are forgetting everything, they don't offer forks, sauces, napkins, and there is no communication between them, when one of the flavors of the soft drinks runs out, they don't even know and They serve carbonated water as if it were soda. The teriaky chicken was really bad “without teriaky” because they always forget the teriaky sauce.I have a lot of things to complain about about this place, I don't recommend it to anyone, and I will never eat here again

I think I figured out how it works at Panda. The black polo shirt employees serving are usually the supervisors. The supervisor guy here likes to fluff up the chow mein and rice in the plates to make it look like you’re getting a lot but he’s really being stingy. Seriously dude one scoop of fried rice? The rest of the employees give your moneys worth. If it weren’t for the orange chicken I’d give it zero stars.

Ordered through doordash. $10.50. Shocked to see how little portion of beef they put for expensive plate. Never again. The workers at this place don't give a "F". Wasted my $$$. F this place

This branch is little weird, they have a personal called An , he is killing the other personals efforts when he treat customers with weird way ( you have to repeat yourself many times to get understood ) and the way he talks is really weird, he is an awkward guy and he stick to the cashier spot , dude leave it and go away , otherwise others are just fine . Food is not bad

Panda Express FTW! Fast, convenient, relatively healthy, and tasty. I got the chicken breast, chicken string bean with a veggie base and cheese wontons. Oh, so good. PE has been a regular in my food cycle and I am thankful they are everywhere in the Bay.

Love this place! Friendly workers and great and fast service. Food is hot and fresh. Joyce is always friendly and efficient. She remembers what I want on every visit. She is a hard worker and definitely deserves a raise! I'll be back soon...

Alexa and Joyce have the worst customer service. Alexa does not properly know how to talk to customers. Is rude and disrespectful. Does not respect the work environment. She was rude about everything. Everything. The food is dry, flavorless, no sauce offered. Ambiance is horrible. Very rude people

Good fast service at Hillsdale Mall. It's the typical Panda fare that you would expect. Lots of room available in the food court area to eat. Large windows giving a good view of the outdoors. Clean, well cared for when we were there for a weekday lunch.

Came in on a Saturday for dinner at around 6:30pm. Line wasn't too long, we were able to get our food in under 10min. We got the Bigger Plate with half noodles/veggies, broccoli beef, orange chicken, and teryaki chicken. The portions were great and exactly what to expect for the price. The food tastes great and meets expectations.We were lucky and got our orange chicken and broccoli beef right as they rotated a fresh batch to the start.This Panda Express is located inside of Hillsdale Mall food court, so you can take advantage of food court amenities such as water and restrooms. There is ample seating available inside, and some outside as well.Food: great, as expectedService: quick, did not wait long at the front of the lineAmbiance: not too crowded
