I took my puppy for a shower and haircut, they left him very bad, the ears had a different shape, they didn't cut around the mouth, they gave him to me wet and I could list many more things about the bad service

Vincenzo and the team at Petco FC (Bridgepoint) are awesome!!? Vincenzo has groomed my dog at least 3x and she loves it. I am happy because I know she is safe, sound and those attending to her and their other clients seem to enjoy what they do. Giving my dog a bath at home is simply impossible. I wish I had the knack for it. ⭐️??

This Vetco location is absolutely the worst! The staff are rude and unprofessional toward you and your pets. When I arrived at the store, the manager was in a heated argument with a customer over some vaccine paperwork issue. There were four or five staff members, including the vet, who just stood there and watched. I had to wait over half an hour before someone finally approached me to take my pet's information. Since I was not allowed to stay near my dog, he was scared and noticeably stressed when one of the staff members dragged him away. The vet made no effort to calm my dog down; after she refused to perform any services, they even had the audacity to say that my dog "is crazy" and should be "sedated before taking any shots." My dog is only 35 lbs, friendly to people, and has had all his previous vaccine shots from other Vetco locations. These people definitely don't care about your pets; they are just in it for the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The store is unorganized and goes through messy "restocking" frequently. The quality of the pet grooming is good but it is very unorganized. we make recurring appointments months in advance and had our appointments canceled twice in the last year without getting notified; when we showed up to the appointments, we were told (in a rude tone) that the groomer had called in sick and it was not their business to notify us, the groomer should have.

Donna was the cashier and she was very rude. It was still not the closing time and she pushed us out. Waived her hands like saying get out.
If you don’t want to serve your customers at 8:45pm you should close the score earlier.

Despite enjoying Petco and their offerings, this location is THE ABSOLUTE WORST when it comes to adhering to their published hours. As an employee who is paid with net proceeds from customer purchases, when you see a 40 yr old customer running across the parking lot in a full-on sprint toward the door at 8:55pm, don’t start running across the store foyer so that you can successfully slam the doors in her face without acknowledgement when there’s nothing more than a thin pane of glass between the two of you. Especially when you advertise in 20 different places a 9pm closing time. I promise that I know exactly what I need and won’t keep you past 8:59pm.
Furthermore, it’s absolutely astounding to me the complete and total lack of respect and/or appreciation that customers can expect from retail establishments in 2024. Even more confounding is why it’s a surprise that most customers just shop online… If you aren’t even going to TRY to impress your customers with an in-person shopping experience that inevitably leads to additional money spent or fierce customer loyalty, then why bother? It seems pretty stupid to pay the exorbitant lease on retail space in Foster City just to have your customers walk away disgusted, vowing to never give your business another dime- online or otherwise…..

Was standing in line waiting for a cashier then several pick up order customers came in after I had been waiting in line. The cashier decided to go help all those customers first. Whatever happened to first come first serve

This is located in the Bridgepointe Shopping Center so there is plenty of parking, I always do an online curbside pick up at this location. They 90% of the time have the kibble and treats that I get for my dog which is great since I experience stock issues at other Petco locations. I call and park out front and the staff brings my order out and places it in my trunk. I also love that they provide a discount online with this option. I would recommend this location.

The customer service at this location is terrible. One employee in particular is overly aggressive at check-out and has no social skills whatsoever. Never burden the customer with questions about why they do not have a Petco membership. Just accept it and move on; get the customer out the door. Most recently, there were no employees at the front at all to ring me up. I left the products at the front and walked out; I will not return again. Just buy products on Chewy and save yourself the trouble.

Store was very clean and well maintained, the staff was super friendly, and it was very easy for me to find what I was looking for.
