Great experience with buy car. Nonpressure salesperson (Nader) who was very knowledgeable about the different models and patient with letting me take test drives. Selection was good and pricing was excellent without a lot of hard bargaining, leaving and coming back, etc.

We went to BMW Peter Pan in San Mateo on a Sunday trying to do a test drive. Kees came to greet us right away with a very profession and kind smile. He patiently explained different models we interested, spending time to let us drive in different environment with detailed explanations to our questions. he has enormous knowledge about BMV vehicles even though that was the first day he started to work in this location after he transferred from other dealership. He also tried really hard to get the model, color of the vehicle we feel comfortable, especially the price. We ended up purchasing our first BMW x3 from him with just one visit. He also did a wonderful after purchase service by helping schedule genius appointment and kindly provided coupon to purchase accessories. We are so happy and lucky to have Kees as the person who helped us and highly recommended him to any future buyers.
