I took my 4mo Cavapoo to get her 1st grooming - clear up around the eyes and trim her paws - nothing major. I don't even think these groomers know what a Cavapoo is supposed to look like. They cut all her face hair and teased out all her fur. I am going to have to bathe her again myself and allow for her fur to grow back on her face so she actually looks like she is supposed to. Do not bring your dog here. I am leaving a before and after of my dog below so you can see the difference. They were taken days apart. I just needed a clean up around the eyes.

Very nice, clean, and neat place to purchase pet supplies and pets. The cashier was super nice and was s animal friendly.

Rude employees. They'll keep you waiting on the phone forever. They are too lazy to help look into the issue you have. Hire better folks is my recommendation!!

Large and well stocked pet store. Also has a cat adoption center, a pet hospital, along with many pets to choose from, such as fish, guinea pigs, parakeets, and others. Decent sized parking lot and a friendly staff makes it easy to find any pet-related items.

I had a bad experience visit the store because I wanted to cut my dog's hair twice the first time they rejected me because I didn't have the vaccine my pet checked them and still they didn't take care of me 7 days later I came back because I decided to call to complain to the manager and they gave me an appointment I arrived a little late and when they saw me again there they told me that my dog had a lot of knots in his hair and they looked for a thousand excuses that were very busy I looked for the manager again and they accepted the appointmentAnd that's just why they left my dog with a bad cut. I consider terrible service. Take care of your pets of these people

Grooming too stressful here! My 14.5 beloved yorkie had a grooming on October 12th, 2023, I paid for express $15 extra, they told me it will take 1 hour, actually took 2 hours and after he came out from there he was very lethargic and didn't want to eat for 3 days, took him to vet and they said it could have been stress. To make story short my dog died 6 days after his grooming. I know he was old but he was not sick when I took him there and he suddenly changed right when I picked him from this place.

There's a lot of trash outside the store, there was hardly any employees around, so I had to walk all the way around the store just to find one.

This is for the grooming department. I like the outcome of the groom itself. What I hated was being told to wait outside while someone is checking in. There is nothing in writing on the door, so I went in but was stopped right away. As an introvert that hates going to new places, this really humiliated me. For others, no big deal, but for me, it was hard experience...
