I ordered a 2022 ford maverick and waited 19 months for it. During that time MSRP went up about $1,300 but ford promised my original price was locked in. When I went to pick up my truck the dealer said they were unaware of my $500 deposit and that I now got had to pay the new MSRP price. After 7 hours they found my deposit and promised I would be reimbursed the $1,300 after 90 days through the ford price protection program. After 90 days I called Max Garcia the sales manager and he said he would send me a check. The check was only for $250 and Max said he didn't know why it was not the full amount. For the next year Max strung me along telling me he'll try to get my money. After a year he told I won't be getting my money. Max Garcia is a liar and a shady salesman.

Went into the dealership to look at the new Mustang Mach E and walked out the same day with the new car. Our salesperson Sami was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He went out of his way to get us answers to our questions. He helped make the process easy, which is not something we expected at a dealership. Would definitely recommend looking to him for help.

I've purchased many vehicles throughout the years and I can say Putnam Ford is one of the top 3. I called, Oscar answered, it was easy, we scheduled a test drive and through out the process I felt no pressure. No crazy phones calls, texts and emails. It was just a very nice, genuinely honest car salesman that answered my many questions and gave us the best deal on the new F-150. Oscar introduced me to his very nice dealership manager when we were there, Max, also a very genuinely nice guy. The whole crew impressed me so much, they washed and waxed the truck, gassed up the truck for me and delivered it to my shop. Amazing 5 star service! We are definetly going back for the van next year. Thank you Oscar, Max and team at Putnam Ford.

Visited this dealership today and had a very positive experience. Oscar was very helpful to show us different versions of the bronco sport in a number of different colors. He was very knowledgeable about different features of the car and highlighted a number of key points. Max was also very helpful to assist in trying to locate different options and available cars that they had in stock. Very nice dealership very friendly highly recommend.

I believe Putnam scratched the tailgate on my Ford Maverick truck while I was signing papers for the truck (for which I paid a $4.5k dealership markup) - the service guys took it while I was signing papers to do a recall service. I drove off the lot and realized the scratches 2 hours later near home when I stopped at my in laws to show off the truck. Putnam first said they would send a touch-up guy to my house to fix it, then they said I would need to drive 2 hours to their dealership to have their touch-up guy try and fix it. A "touch-up" job is not the correct way to fix a scratch on a new truck and will definitely look terrible, as I was told by a Ford Certified Collision center in my town. I tried to get Putnam to let me take it there for the repair - their response? Completely ghosted me. I tried calling Shane and Max numerous times over several weeks and left numerous voicemails and text messages. When I would call, I was told they are available - then the person comes back on the phone and asks what it's regarding...when I'm transferred, my calls would go to voicemail or, and this happened several times, I'd be hung up on. Shortly after posting this review on Yelp, Shane emailed me (first contact from him in weeks), noting he was unhappy with my review and that he would not help me get the scratch fixed. Completely unprofessional all around. I just wanted the truck restored to the condition it was in when I was signing papers to purchase it. I then contacted the general manager who offered me $600 back - no thanks. But at least he was taking my calls. I then contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair which seemed to motivate Putnam a bit - Putnam finally picked up my truck and had it professionally fixed (not touched up) - THREE MONTHS LATER. While everything AFTER the purchase was an absolute nightmare, the actual purchasing experience with Shane was rather decent. He's a nice guy, I never felt pressured. That said, what followed was completely unacceptable and I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again.

Beware of this dealer. The sales guys are great but the service department needs to be fired. Sergey refused to give me a rental or loaner when my truck is a year old and constantly kicks in and out of gear. Said we need to diagnose first to see if it's under warranty. They had the truck for 2 days and didn't even look at it cause or a short staff issue. If they knew they were short staffed why even take on more cars? Lost 2 days of work, had to call for updates. Most of the time they wouldn't answer the phone and just hang up after a few rings. Who pays my loss of wages? To say Sergey was unprofessional is an understatement. They could care less and didn't even think once to put them selves in the customers shoes. Do your self a favor and drive the extra miles to Serramonte or Sunnyvale ford cause this service department is a joke. Nothing but lies

This place is great. Don't be fooled by its low key look. The place is in the process of being moved. I worked with Shane A. ask for him. He helped me get into a Ford F150 Lightning. Went out of the way to make sure he knew I was coming and worked the deal and got me into the car that day and quick. Not a bunch of making you wait and wasting your day. He even helped with other car related items. This guy knows his stuff and auto sales and helps you through it without pressuring and makes sure you are getting what you want. I highly recommend the car dealer and specifically Shane. Ask for him.

I didn't eventually buy a car from here, but Alex was great about showing me the Mach E and letting me test drive the car. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and he said he was available immediately for a test drive. When I arrived, he already had the car pulled up. We stuck to the local roads, but if I had had the time, I would have wanted to test drive on the freeway as well. He was able to talk me through the basic features of the car, and he was pretty frank about the pricing situation. I ended up buying somewhere else for convenience, but I felt it was still very pleasant working with Alex!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Had a confirmed sale for a Ford Maverick for Sunday, October 24th 2022 and got a text saying "hate to have to tell you but..." I even brought up their bad reputation with the agent before I agreed to purchase and he assured me this had only happened once. I won't shame the agent because he said my truck was sold out from under him, but then I'm not sure about that either. Stay away from this slimy dealership.
