This store has so much to offer. The pharmacy got me in as a walk-in for a vax, a day ahead of my appt. The store delivers great value and the associates are always nice.

I usually go here for the pharmacy which is okay but yesterday I waited in line to buy some thing and it was one person at a time until I got the messages which point Adrian decided to try and process two of us at one perhaps the other guy was a regular OK but it did not go quite as smoothly as I’m sure he anticipated.

The Rite Aid pharmacy on Hillsdale Avenue in San Mateo offers professional service and genuine care. Flerida, Charlene, and Leonard are an exceptional team who consistently manifest their high standards of caring for their customers. I greatly appreciate each of them.

Since the Rite Aid store closed on Concar, I have been to this store. Occasionally I do travel up the hill and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I have been a Rite Aid customer for years and this staff is the best at making the customers happy. Again, the staff is exceptional. Thank you for taking great care of me!! I would love to thank Charlene, Betty, Leonard, Flerida and Diane. All are like family.

The person who took care of me seems to have been in a bad mood, the truth is, I wanted to go in so as not to go to the piazza because they are kinder there than in that pharmacy. It was my first time going in to buy and the attention was lousy, the truth is to never get to hi again
