SC Properties has made my living experience an absolute joy for the past 2 years. Jamil not only managed the property wonderfully, but also replied in a timely manner, was extremely attentive & helped me find the perfect place! Up until the day I moved out of state, Jamil & SC Properties were amazing to me!!

This is by far one of the worst managed properties I've ever lived in. The main lobby has had lights out for months, the common areas are neglected and very unkept-- so much so--that the rats have now inhabited the premises because of the lack of cleanliness and upkeep in the garbage area and courtyard. They don't put any resources back into the property and everything is done take shortcuts and the cheapest way possible. I would not recommend one of their properties unless you're prepared for a headache and to do everything yourself.

I was a tenant of SC property management for about two years, working with Andrew Gugliemelo. I really appreciated his care, thoroughness, and professionalism in dealing with every part of the process. I think I got a good deal on the house I rented, and that he is a trustworthy and straightforward guy to work with. I'd happily recommend the company, and Andrew.

I lived on Woodlake Condominiums for 2 years and my experience was nothing but great. Andrew Guglielmi was my point of contact for the 2 years. Andrew was always available when I contacted him and he even helped me with an urgent matter that required immediate attention. He went above and beyond and out of his way to help me with the situation when I was out of town. It's important to build a trusting relationship with your property manager, and Andrew was definitely the person I trusted with my apartment. I will miss living at Woodlake.

Jamal made the experience of finding a place very pleasant. He was friendly, helpful and understanding of the circumstance regarding our limited time frame to move-in and offered to give us the keys early to accommodate our needs. Upon move in, a few minor things needed to be fixed; the maintenance man was efficient & friendly. We are happy with our experience so far!

I had a great experience moving into a sc properties property! Jamil went above and beyond to make sure everything was fast, easy, and efficient! He was attentive and always got back to my messages super quick! When I moved in, I needed the oven to be fixed. After submitting a request online, Jamil personally made sure the maintenance man could come ASAP to address the issue! Highly reccomend!

We had a great experience working with SC Properties. We mostly and helpfully dealt with them through a portal (payments and requests) but there was always someone on the other end of a phone if you needed them (texts and calls). We worked with Andrew Guglielmi for the viewing and he was a pleasure to work with - he helped us sort out the contract quickly (a plus in a competitive rental market) and was great about getting people out to help with little fixes here and there. The quality of the units he works with seems to be quite high and the staff that came to help were great as well. You can tell SC Properties has some well-established relationships with various trade professionals. I would definitely work with them again and would definitely consider renting my home with them should the opportunity ever arise! They looked after both my and the landlord's interests.

Andrew is a wonderful property manager!I can't say enough good things about Andrew! He is incredibly responsive, go above and beyond to resolve issues promptly, and provide invaluable assistance. Very unprofessional business dealing with Andrew Guglielmi. We tried contacting Andrew multiple times regarding an apartment for rent in San Mateo that was posted on multiple websites but never heard back. I saw the apartment had the price reduced about a week later and tried to contact him again. I called SC Properties multiple times and the ladies answering the phones were very nice and transferred me to Andrews line and even told me he was in the office, but the phone was never answered. I left him 4 voicemails and sent an email over the span of 1.5 weeks as we are looking for an apartment ASAP and saw that the price was reduced assuming the property was not being rented out yet, but we never heard back. There was supposed to be an open house today and we checked to make sure that was still scheduled but noticed all of the listings for the apartment were removed, I called SC properties and the nice lady over the phone said that it's been rented out and removed since she doesn't see the property in her system. I kindly let her know that we attempted to contact him multiple times and never heard back, she said that we were not the only ones experiencing this and other people have also been calling.I understand if the property has been rented out, but I do think it is common courtesy to let a potential client know instead of ghosting them.

I became a tenant on 2016 for an apartment unit on 1289 22nd ave on Irving street. Never had problems requesting maintenance or contacting my building manager Andrew Guglielmi. Payments were easy to do through their portal and Andrew was available for any inquires. I lived in the unit for 7 years, including the pandemic. Andrew was very understating of the challenges posed by the pandemic and helped me out to adjust my rent payments during that time. If you are renting any units in the Bay Area I will highly recommend SC properties. They have good customer services and good propertie managers like Andrew! Only reason I left was becuase I decided to move closer to family, but if I'm back I'm surely hitting them up.

Had a review and photographs of my clean and move-in conditions Daly City Property. No mention of any area restrictions of the area. Looking at other Yelp reviews, SC Properties offers properties in San Francisco. They seem to be deceptive and discriminatory in the clients they want to host. In other business with SC Properties, they are slow to address tenant issuesand use there expensive vendors to use the funds of Landlords withoutany regard to costs to the owners.
