I was pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised at the level of service we received at the foster city location. Everyone we encountered were professional, helpful and a complete joy to work with. The customer care could not have been a better one.
I wish that I had gotten everyone’s names that we dealt with - we didn’t. But a huge shoutout and deep appreciation to both Steven and Bianca for being amazing. When we walked in, we had no intention to make a purchase. We were just browsing. However, because of both of these individuals, we made the purchase that very same day
without shopping elsewhere. That’s how impressed we were with them - and everyone we have had the pleasure of working with since. I would whole heartedly recommend this location.

had an awful experience here & do not recommend at all. Came in with an heirloom piece and we were exploring options to potentially reset the diamond. The staff asked if we wanted to know weight/etc about our diamond and we said sure (we didn’t know anything about diamonds/mounting/anything at this point and fully trusted that these were experts). They took the diamond out of the setting and at the end of the visit we asked if they could put it back and they said no. (again, we didn’t even know this was a whole process to begin with). They weren’t kind at all and we both left feeling icky. Fast forward, my partner went to go reset it at a local jeweler as we decided to keep the ring as is and found out the prongs cracked in the process and the repair and remounting is over $650 and that it would take over three weeks. When we contacted Shane Co about this, we were offered to reset it free of cost but decided against it bc we didnt feel comfortable/ trust them to have the diamond for a long period of time/ or to fix it especially after hearing others having similar bad experiences. I just wanted to share our experience so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else

We were here a week ago to try on wedding bands. We found three that we really liked and were told that they would bring in the correct size for me to try on and made an appointment. Went back today to our appointment and were told the rings were just put into our wishlist and we could come back again to try them on. Made a specific trip to this side of the bay to do this. Only shop here if you want to add frustration to your purchase.

I was kind of disappointed. I assumed that they would have a bigger selection of Eternity rings. The person that was taking care of us was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Christina if I remember well.

My Fiancé and I went to look for our wedding band for our upcoming wedding this 25th of May and the staff who assisted us was Amanda. She was so nice and funny to talk with. I will definitely go back here someday. If you guys are looking for a legit ring/band I would highly recommend this store. ??
