“I had a really great experience with Nikhil at this location. I called in close to closing time about a large and time sensitive print order and Nikhil was extremely helpful and patient when answering my questions. I sent the printing instructions that evening and Nikhil had a sample waiting for me to review first thing the next morning. Thank you Nikhil for your kindness and professionalism!”

“My husband and I were delighted today by the service we received at the Downtown San Mateo FedEx Office on 4th Avenue. We had two printing tasks to accomplish and had planned to spend time figuring out the copier requirements. Store Manager Hannah Clampitt came around the counter and asked if we had questions and could she help answer any questions. Unlike us, she knew the equipment well, pushed all the right buttons so our trifold printed out correctly the first time. More than that, when I mentioned that it had started to rain, she asked if she could give us a water-proof envelop to protect our printed material. I could go on an on about the little extras she did for us. We both emerged from the store, took a breath and exclaimed how amazingly happy we were at the experience. We are retirees and so we appreciate stores and services that are "age-friendly." Interestingly, Hannah didn't know that we were printing several copies of "Age-Friendly News for San Mateo's Seniors."”
