I called and emailed on a Friday to find out if a rush job was possible, I placed the order, and by the following morning the new name badge was delivered to my doorstep. There was one very minor problem with the badge that required it to be repaired or replaced. I emailed again explaining the problem and got a new badge made, free of charge! Cindy could not have been more helpful or accommodating. This is definitely a business that knows how to treat its customers. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Decent experience at this FedEx location off El Camino Real in San Mateo. Larger than expected interior, everything looked clean and well-maintained. In addition to sending packages, you can also make copies, or buy packing materials and birthday cards. The staff was helpful and efficient. The large free parking lot is shared with other businesses, but it can be a bit tricky getting in and out.”
