Sony took money from me and never shipped the product. Chat support won’t help. Pretty ridiculous. Tried emailing any emails I could find online. Not one person responded. I just want my money back. Crazy people are treated like this.

Suspension policy is abused by trolls.Excessive punishment to victims of bullying. Needs to change. Especially when you sell games like Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty.
