Got my smog inspection completed here for the first time as a walk-in. Prices were listed in the office (varied by model year); I was billed accordingly, with no surprises. Benjamin was cordial and efficient in providing service, both over the phone and in person. Would recommend.

I came here for a last minute smog check and they were amazing! I called everywhere and this is place took me in 30min before closing. Also, super responsive - picked up the phone when I called. Highly recommend if you are looking for a painless smog check!

Had been a TW customer for many years. Realized recently they have new mechanics now and decided to give it a try. Background: I brought my car for oil change in a dealer near my home and they came back with a long list recommended services.We decided to bring the car to TW for checking and servicing if needed. Arthur helped us to check and test drove the car, and turned out nothing was needed at that time! He showed us the findings and things checked under the hood. We really appreciated his honestly and sincerity. Others could have just worked on list of items and charged us but grateful he spent time to check and gave us honest opinions.Will definitely come back in future and continue stick with TW auto.
