I have been working with Connor for about two years now and am totally addicted. When I came in I had zero experience in weight training and was very unhappy with my health and they way my body looked.
Connor tailors the workouts to my needs and goals, and despite my whining and complaining he gets me to do exactly what needs to be done.
For the first time in my life, I look forward to working out, and I feel stronger than I have ever felt in my life.

I lost around 40 pounds in 6 months using the program I was given by Connor, my trainer. From my initial consultation to my training sessions, Connor has shown incredible attention and commitment. He is able to adapt to any precondition, new injury, or scheduling conflict you may have. Connor is a great teacher and is able to explain the purpose of every movement. You truly “learn how to exercise” and do so in a way that is challenging, fulfilling, and can be replicated on your own. The studio is extremely clean and all the people/trainers are absolute delights. Nice tunes, TVs, and great vibe that is not overwhelming at all. I felt zero pressure or embarrassment, just individuals you can personally connect with and who push you to improve. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Studio is very well maintained and clean. Atmosphere is pleasant. I have been training with Connor for at least ~6 weeks now and am very impressed the professionalism and how he tailors the workouts to my needs. I've also left every session feeling slammed, I don't think I've worked out this hard in my life!!

The fix really struggles with communication when scheduling a workout. Messages are consistently dropped and scheduling an appointment was a headache. The website is broken when trying to sign up as well.

Ever since I met Justin 3 1/2 years ago , he has been a great mentor. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to running a great business and helping people. Over the years, he has became a great friend and has helped me with my own business. Gym is very clean and up to date. He will always get you motivated to be your best self!

The best place to train!! I was very out of shape but Justin is an incredible trainer who made workouts fun. Not only do I feel stronger and more confident but prior to this I would have to stop and catch my breath on hikes - and now I can just keep on going! Justin cares so much about his clients and ensures the most positive experience. I have never worked out and was nervous about going to a gym - now I love it!!!

Brandon is the best! What I love about working with Brandon is that his sessions and plans are truly personalized to what my needs are at any given moment. He's always makes tailored plans, whether I'm injured, traveling, or working towards a specific fitness goal. He is extremely passionate as a student of fitness and also has great advice about diet and things to improve overall health. I've been working with him for a few years and have been super happy about all the progress I've made. I truly feel better, both mentally and physically - he's helped me develop a better relationship with my body. He's an amazing trainer and I wish I had started working with him years ago!! Highly recommend him if you're looking for a personal trainer in the Bay Area.

I started strength training at The Fix about 6 months ago per recommendation of my boxing trainer. At The Fix, you work with a trainer and have a dedicated station (I.e. Squat rack and machines) during your scheduled workout. After my first call with one of the owners, he assigned me to Brandon Fahrer. I highly recommended Brandon and have had a blast training with him! He's a great accountability partner and knows how to motivate people of all fitness levels. He can help with mobility like a PT and diet and nutrition in addition to strength training. Whenever I train with Brandon, I feel safer knowing that I can push myself to hit a PR without getting injured because he focuses on technique and steady progression. I've made so much progress thanks to training with Brandon the last 6 months! I started at squat 95lb 5x3, bench 65lb 5x5, deadlift 95lb 5x3, RDL 65lb 10x3. Now I'm at squat 135lb, bench 90lb, deadlift 165lb, RDL 125lb - so 1.5-2x all my PRs. Up until now I've been pretty athletic having played basketball and done martial arts my whole life, but strength training (and a higher protein diet) helped me reach a new level of fitness for the first time to keep off body fat. I've become more tone and energetic throughout the day. Hard to go back to a regular gym after training at The Fix.

Fab for breakfast, lunch and dinner . Music some evening's too . This place never fails, very consistent . Staff are delightful .
