This company is ridiculous. I bought a jacket online and marked that I would pick it up in the Hillsdale mall store. They have three in the shop. When I came to pick it up, they didn't give me a jacket that was already in the store, but I had to wait a week for the same jacket to arrive in the store and then I could pick it up. it Doesn't make any sense! In addition, there is no phone number for the store and you cannot call the store directly, only the 1800 number that cannot help you. I'm done with Uniqlo! Terrible customer service!

I've never had a problem shopping here and I love the fact that there's a Uniqlo at this mall . Easy shopping easy returns simple .

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They refused to take back pants for $55 I bought 2 evenings ago because it was too small. Siting it was stained when I never wore it and never stained it. It was stained at the store and in my rush I didn’t see it. it wasn’t my fault at all that the pants were stained and the store refuses to take responsibility for it. this whole ordeal was extremely upsetting and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in the past. The manager had the nerve to tell me to donate it and eat the cost. I didn’t ask for their names but this happened this evening July 5 at around 7:30 pm. Never going to shop at this store ever again.

So bad that I follow the process scan QR code and download the App apply for the new customer $10 off. But it is unvalid because the app show my ID in Canada. The manager just said unfortunate. But pay money in the same way…

Really nice selection of items. Got 9 things for $220! Also got my jeans altered. All seamless, pun not intended

My experience shopping at UNIQLO was negative and difficult. The store has a too much amount of inventory and shopping space. The clothes are clean looking and hip but not nice. I did not notice to many items on sale but the quality made up for the steep prices that i loathe. I particularly liked the choices of light weight jackets and hoodies.i recommend a visit.

No returns! Unless it’s the same exact location store

Hit or miss for me. Sometimes cute things but often not. Also they're pretty pricey. Store is always packed. There's usually a line. Cashiers aren't very personable. I always irrationally feel like I'm going to be in trouble when I go to pay.

Bought shirts here and tried them on and found a good fit. Grabbed a few different colors but when I got home I found that one of them was about 20% shorter than the rest. I tried it on, but it was too short for me, so I put it aside for return another day. The tag was also hanging on by a thread and fell off while I was trying it on. When I went to return the item and explained the weird part about the length of the shirt, the 20 year old something girl said that it was from a different season and that they couldn't return it because of it looks worn because of some dust on it. But I hadn't even washed the shirt yet. I brought the tag with me and as soon as she saw the tag was off the shirt, she doubled down and refused to even ask about the return even after telling her there was already a faulty tag on it. B******* policy. Check everything on the shirts before you buy it because once you leave you're stuck.

I made an online order to pick up at this store. Got covid when it was ready to pick up and after 3 calls to Uniqlo customer service (you can't call the store directly oddly), they agreed to extend pick up date so I wouldn't go in to pick this up. Showed up 2 days before the deadline to pick up and this store told me they had already returned my limited edition items (which were now 5-10X more on ebay) back to the warehouse. I got emails saying order was ready to pick up, yet nothing that it was returned back to warehouse. Even worse, the store manager had a negative tone and was NEVER apologetic about this happening to me. Really bad manager at this store which many of the reviews below indicate. Treat your customers with respect, especially when they're clearly not at fault. Worst Uniqlo store I've ever been to.

Hi Uniqlo, would someone help explain the policy; i just don't get it. I am returning or exchanging (whatever works) 2 pairs of denims for my sister. She wanted a different size and denims color. She purchased the jeans at Valley Fair Westfield mall (San Jose, CA). Since she will be out of town, she asked me to return or exchange (or store credit) but since I live in the San Mateo, CA area, I went to the Hillsdale Mall. Unfortunately, the size she needed was not available. I was unpleasantly surprised that the store would NOT do a return or store credit. I have the receipt and the purchase was within 30 days. Per the manager, I can only return in the original store I purchased. Why? How does that help the customer. I love Uniqlo but this policy is definitely one way to lose customers. I will stop shopping at Uniqlo.

You will never get another dollar from my family or friends. Your return policy is a joke. Why don't you post your return policy in your front window?? I bought 3 t shirts at your San Jose store. I usually buy them every year so I am familiar with the fit. This time the fit is soooo off that no matter what size I would get, they would not fit. I brought them back to the San Mateo Store, and was told I would have to drive back to San Jose to return them, because that is where they were purchased. They would not even give a store credit, and you CAN NOT exchange them for another style shirt. This is pure insanity. They have lost all perspective with regards to customer service. Not sure who is running this, but let me explain something in case they actually read this. 1. Gas is $6.00 a gallon....so I am not driving back to San Jose. The gas would cost more than the 3 T shirts. 2. I can buy the same T shirts you sell, (and other items) at Costco, Macys, Kohls, Gap etc etc... They want my business. 3. I was a loyal customer, did most of my Xmas shopping at your store. Never again... 4. In case the rocket scientists that are making the policies have a change of heart, remember you will never get back the customers you have lost. 5. If you are going to have a policy like this you need to post it in the front window of your store, or at least put ink in your register tape. (see attached photo for the War and Peace version of the return policy on my receipt) Lastly, I will make it my mission to make sure everyone I know is aware of your policy, and will post it as many places as I can.
