I was in and out of there in five minutes. Granted that’s not gonna happen all the time. It’s a retail store with limited human resource so you have to be patient.

The San Mateo store has excellent costumer service however union city store didn't want to help me just to get a transfer code to different carrier on my mobile. The smile is gone I guess they no going to make money....they forget some times people come back.

Our pleasure today to go to the store and meet Elijah Salazar.
He was so helpful and we are very happy with his suggestions
and the new plan he put us on.our intention was going there to cancel our service
but the package he offered suited us so thank you. Xfinity very lucky to have him.
