1. Shoes I ordered due to unavailability at the store were delivered to Stonestown and not Hillsdale.2. I did not receive a phone call that they arrived at Hillsdale after clearing things over the phone with both Stonestown and Hillsdale regarding the first delivery driver's mistake. 3. Upon desiring to return the shoes night employee firmly asked if they were worn and the answer was yes I stood in them. I did not wear or walk in them as I already felt their comfort but was doubting the appearance. Furthermore the shoes had some thick dust and some scuff marks on them when I opened the box. This store has a strange culture that doesn't understand how to happily and naturally deal with the customer. I could blame the employees or I could blame Zumiez itself for all that I mentioned above collectively taken into consideration. Journeys took care of me and I'm a happy camper.

I took my son in for his first customized board I was helped out by Alex who was nice, attentive & helpful he made the skateboard customization experience easy and we learned a lot as he was explaining which boards,grip,trucks,bearings & wheel options were better. My son is so happy with his new skateboard

yo, check the dude with gauges. I was inside and walked in and he said “Welcome in” and i waved. He asked how i was and i responded with a thumbs up. He said “thanks for talking to me”. Great asm or sales associate service. He’s the absolute worst asm i have ever experienced. I don’t care if he’s fed up with it but he needs to keep professionalism while on the clock. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in a zumiez. Serramonte had better customer service and tanforan. Everybody else is chill however, Oliver and the manager and the other asm. Just him that needs to be trained again. Please fix it. I’m not obligated to talk to anybody.

Huge thank you to Dante at this location. I went in to get a skateboard and he helped me find the right one. I wasn't sure what size to get as I haven't skated since middle school and he helped me find one that I felt comfortable with. He even went above and beyond and searched the website to make sure I was getting the correct bearings I wanted (Abec 7). He looked up the specs for about 5-7 boards. Dante was a huge help and his customer service is A1. Dante is an asset to this store. Thank you Dante!

Came in to look around and shop at this Zummies in Hillsdale Mall. I was the only customer there at the time. I moved my way to the back where they have the skateboard decks. I asked the lady who was at the register if she had a specific deck design. When she said no I kept looking around to see if I could find a replacement design since they had a big selection. When I asked about a specific one that I was interested in and wanted a closer look, I asked the lady to hold it for me in front while I keep shopping some more and I was also looking up different designs on my phone. After About 3 minutes I asked if I could use the fitting room to try a couple sweaters. After I made my dew is on which sweater I was interested in buying, I decided to go put the ones that I didn't like back on the rack, at the exact moment the same lady who helped me earlier with the skateboard deck yelled out to me "Hey sir, just to let you know this gentleman is purchasing your skateboard deck, ok I just wanted to let you know" I was embarrassed and it was an awkward moment for me because there were more customers there at the time including the customer who bought it from me. Why hold an item for a customer if you're going to just sell it to another? It was the last skateboard deck they had with that specific design. I was mad because I was interested in buying it thats why I asked her to hold it for me in the front cashier. I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I felt like as if my purchase didn't matter to them. I had always been a Zummies customer until now. Won't be going at any Zummies anymore. Rather spend my money somewhere where employees do care. I did not get to catch the employees' name but her Cashier user/number is : DB1266

It has everything I need and personaly the people that work their are great.i suggest setting up another shop in rwc lots of skaters there.

Pretty unorganized. The employees were great but the other customers (teenagers) in the store lacked common decency.
