They were open on the first day of the year at 8 am. Goes to show that they are here for the purpose and to serve the community. They also offered me a quick solution to the followers I wanted based on my price point. I would recommend coming here if you support local businesses.

Made a flower delivery on Friday for it to be delivered on Saturday and I never got a confirmation email. Other than the screenshot I took after the placing the order, I received nothing to confirm my order. Horrible service. I called Saturday morning to confirm my order and for an email of it. Then said my order was in and that I would get a confirmation email soon. Called 45 minutes before closing because nothing had been delivered yet and I still had yet to receive an email of the order. They told me I would receive an email after the delivery was made and that the order was being worked on.... 45 minutes later AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED I CALLED AGAIN. And no one picked up the phone and my order was never delivered. I had to make an order through doordash last minute because all the flower shops were closed already. This shop has bad reviews for a reason. I don't know how they're still open with business.

I was asked if I needed any help soon after walking through the door. The person assisting me was friendly and courteous. The floral arrangements were plentiful and good attention to details. I had my floral and other items delivered to a difficult place. The delivery was spot on time. I will be using their services again. I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service arrangements don't look as they promise in there websites I have been waiting for the owner to call me since he promised me my money back for 4 center pieces till today i have not heard back from them.

I would give zero stars if I could.Despite having a recepit and having called to confirm our flowers that very morning, they never arrived. And we were never informed. A problem arose, and when we asked then if they were planning to communicate this with us, they said "no, we were nor planning on telling you"It would seem a basic idea to inform the customer that theagreed upon order with receipt is no longer valid and that our flowers would not be delivered as promised merely 4 hours ago, but that is not a value this entiry holds.So very dissapointed.One does not simply mess with peoples special occasions like that.S

Don't waste your time. They don't update their webpage to match their actual stock in hand. They don't update their delivery availability either. I ordered a potted orchid for same day delivery. Order was placed before 10:3 am which is within their listed order cut off times for same day delivery. I wasn't notified there was an issue until 6:15pm saying the florist just now saw the order, they don't have the ordered flower, they don't have any other similar availability, they have no idea when they will get the plant at all. Sorry. No offer of maybe a nicer plant available to be delivered tomorrow since the ordered plant should have already been delivered before receiving this call. Nope, we didn't charge your card. Don't know when I can get what you want. Sorry. Update your web page accordingly so you are not setting unattainable expectations from your customers, acknowledge your mistake and be willing to try to find or offer a compromise to save the sale and maintain a loyal future customer instead of hanging up on said customer. Just checked and the page still isn't updated.
