I highly recommend Bay Area Moving.Good communication throughout the process, accommodated my schedule, and arrived on time.They took extra care wrapping my furniture and protecting surfaces, going above my expectations to keep everything, including the doorways, clean and damage-free.I’m so happy we chose this company, and would choose them again.

Beware! Drivers are incompetent and cannot guage whether thier truck can safely manuever on the property. Company was aware that the truck hit and pulled down a comcast cable wire but did not inform the homeowner (confirmed by an employee via a next morning phone call to them). Also did not caution off the area so that any other truck that came by (Fed Ex, Postal Service etc...) would hit the same wire and possibly bring down other electrical wires. Homeowner unaware of the issue until seeing the wire down in the yard. Very, very poor judgement on their part. and very poor communication.

These people made my move pleasant in such a high stress situation (rainy day). The movers were very friendly and considerate. They did their job, got straight to work and handled my belongings with care... I have no complaints! If I had to move again, I will definitely come back!

Pablo and the crew did a great job moving us yesterday. They all were friendly, diligent, and easy going. They packed and unpacked each piece with care and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their company again. This was the second time they moved us.

Bay Area Moving & Storage does a fantastic job all around! Pablo and his crew were amazing! They showed up on moving day and the job was more than they had anticipated. The crew worked all day through a miserable heat wave and then hit the road in the evening to drive a few hours away in order to unload at the new house the following morning. Everything was packed with a tremendous amount of care. I would say they went above and beyond. I would highly recommended hiring this company. Their rates are more than reasonable, they have a great attitude and are truly professionals. Thank you so much!

Bay Area Moving & Storage is the best! They carefully handled all of our furniture, wrapping and then securing it in the van - all arrived in perfect condition, unlike our previous move with another company. They called ahead to verify what we were moving so that they would have all of the right materials on the truck. After all was unloaded and in place, Jimmy serenaded us on the piano while Abner and I were settling the bill! This move was a terrific experience - Thank you Abner & Jimmy.

These guys are our hero's! They came with 1 days notice to pack up a three bedroom apt and move it into storage nearby. It was a large job and they were very fast and hard workers. We would hire them again! Sorry it was such a rush job but you came thru for us and we are very appreciative.

I was given a quote but ended up being charged over 1.5x the given quote which was extremely frustrating considering I was not able to be present when they came to move everything and had my roommate let them in. I was charged for an additional 2 hours after everything was loaded into the truck despite being told that I would only be charged an additional 1 hour when I asked for a quote which would account for the drive and unloading everything from the truck back into the storage. I was also charged for an additional 30 minutes before they arrived at my apartment because they were "not able to find parking" apparently. This is the first time I ever write a review but I am extremely frustrated because the amount I was charged and paid was outrageous. Definitely feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was not physically present and would not recommend again.

Now I have the chance to give this company 10 stars like I said in my previous review. I have now used this company twice one for long distance moving, the other for packing. In both instances they have been on time, provided excellent service and have been affordable. I highly recommend this company for you to consider for your upcoming move. Thank you Pablo and crew!
