This is an update, my original review was the wrong laundry it was laundry 2 and i meant to review this one. I keep seeing your answers that restrooms are available, I was told i could not use it. I think clearly staff withholds the restroom key. You write that they are available, try this...have an unknown person go to this laundry go in and do laundry and ask to use the restroom, see for yourself as you don't seem to believe people who say they were not allowed to use the restroom. I like this laundry, the washers work well, they accept credit cards and thats super helpful, the water got nice and hot in the washer and my clothes came out clean and fresh. The dryers dried in 1 cycle, very nice, and the only downside to this laundry is that I when i asked the attendent for the key to the restroom I was not allowed to use the restroom. May not be a big deal to most but when I'm away from home and have to go, it would have been nice to use the toilet instead of the cup I filled at the car.

After going to countless laundromats in Sacramento, Berkely, and Richmond, I can say without a doubt that BB's is the best one by FAR. It's not even close. Immaculate facilities, washers and dryers that work, and helpful staff that are actually available. What is it about laundromats that make you feel like the owners just abandoned them? That's not at all the case at BB's. I'll go out of my way to do my laundry at BB's. This place is the best!

This is the cleanest Laundromat I have ever been to in my life. Clean, everything worked, quite. The attendant was a sweetheart! So glad I came here!

Good, Clean with Attendant. Small, Medium & Large washing machines. Also have very Large Dryers for bully items like comforters. Takes quarters and credit cards

This place is terrible, poor customer service. High prices, and on top of all of that I received my laundry the next day with one of my 1600 thread count hotel collection sheets missing. $89 for 30 pounds of laundry is definitely not a good deal especially when you’re going to lose someone’s nice linen, which cost more than the actual service.smh customers beware if you expect great service, stay away!

We are replacing some equipment at our house and won't have a washer for awhile. Found this place through Yelp. Clean, fast, lots of options for sizes. I used a medium washer for what would've been two loads at home, a the small unit for my wool/delicates/etc. Lovely woman working there, very helpful and nice when I got cranky over Apple Pay issues. Evidently they are in the process of replacing their equipment and/or provider. Card still worked!9 bc
