Suzette Mirasol the bank manager helped me set up a new account. Suzette is vey helpful and fixed several issues in my account, which required her to coordinate with staff at another branch. Appointment was at convenient time, office was brightly lit, and Suzette checked details thoroughly and explained them clearly.

I was here today and the Bank Manager is very helpful , even if it's too busy she manage to smile to everyone and help on there needs. Highly recommended. Look for Suzette Mirasol bank manager .

Worst bank! My ATM was stolen about 3 weeks ago so they gave me a temporary card, that now has expired. I have bills to pay, but they said, " oh, we're not issuing temporary cards any more. You should receive your new one in the mail in a week." So now I have only cash to pay for bills. Oh wait, the bank has my money and I will have to stand in line there any time I need cash to pay for bills. And then stand in another line to exchange the cash for money orders to pay for bills paid visa USPS.

BE CAREFUL! The big Latin girl with glasses stole my deposit! Her name is Elianna Ceja. I gave her cash and she walked away to count it. Then she told me wrong amount I had counted myself! I told her it's wrong. She recounted it infront of me this time. Why didn't she just could it in front of me in the first place? She still works there! Now she is just a banker, not a teller. I have not received credit! I was robbed by my own bank!

These ATMs never work! I get these stupid messages making it seem like my account is the one with the problem. The lines are too long inside and if you try and use the ATMs they just don't work. The exterior of the CitiBank ALWAYS has garbage debris blowing near the entrance and smells like urine. It's disgusting!

The state of California mistakenly levied on my bank account taking my Social Security income. Your legal department honored the levy and failed to follow the federal law that social security can not be levied by the state. I contacted customer service (it took 5 days to reach the branch) and asked that the legal department at CITI not honor the levy. I later received a letter from CITI stating the could not intervene on my behalf. However CITI charged $125.00 for the levy. I am without my income for 14 days. The state of California is sending a release to you. Please refund my $125.00 forthwith, the State of California said you should not have levied. Wish I could have gotten better service or even a phone call.

This review is solely based on my recent and brief interactions with the employee calling herself Noemi Sablad. I come to this bank at least once a week. And have gotten to know some of the other employees that work at the windows. And up until recently, I've always had a professional if not pleasant experience. But the day I sat down with Noemi Sablad. It was the most dissatisfied experience I've had at any bank I have dealings with. I was so frustrated with her lack of professionalism that i had to leave abruptly. I will never bring my business back to this branch. I deal with the public on a daily basis. I can tell you that Noemi Sablad is highly unqualified and lacks the necessary people skills to deal with the public in any manner. She should be removed from her job as a bank teller.

Never bank with Citibank they are thieves and CON artist. Filed a dispute with 888 246 4226 in August 2017 against planet fitness richmond, ca for overcharge in the amount of $29.99. as directed by planet fitness manager Arthena. Was given a good Faith refund in the amount of $29.99. Then in Oct. 2017 it was taken back from. Called to speak with disputes dept. and all they did was give me a run around and held on hold for 2hrs. Spoke with a Manager named Lisa 12/2017 in disputes corp. Who told me my case had been denied and closed due to no response from me. Notified that i never recvd a letter requesting a response. I was told that i could file an appeal for the case decision that was made. She gave me a 605 area code fax number. I sent in request for appeal 12/18/2017. I called today to check the status and i am told that there is no guarantee that it will be accepted. Basically, i have been robbed by my own bank. Their business cannot be trusted. I have decided to open an account with a credit union instead. Will be closing my citibank account after payday. Citibank is a bank of thieves.
