Took my wife here to get her phone set up & we found out it was not compatible with Metro. I was bummed at first then I decided to get her an upgrade. The staff helped us get her new phone set up with 5g. Since we switched the phone & service has performed perfectly. We are very happy we switched.

terrible service, locked door at 7:25pm when the sign says there open until 7 30pm. this is very unprofessional and disrespectful to those who work 5 days a week and can't get there before 7:25pm. I'm a local and this type of disrespect should not be tolerated.

I had a really good experience there. The place looks small from outside but its nice and spacious once you come in. It's one of the few metros around the area that stay open later, and the ladies working there seem really friendly. Shout out to Yohaira for being super friendly and helpful, will definitely be coming back here.

They sell not help me with paying them the whole time I was stalked around the store in the store the manager is like 26 yr old I asked for to use their personal phone to call out to get a confirmation number because to buy a phone and they kick me out the store and ask me questions who I was calling and get a bad attitude I wouldn't give them the person name they lost a customer and I went to spend $300 at cricket on 23rd
