“I know this review is long overdue but I wanted to thank Daniel and his moving crew for doing such a PHENOMENAL job at packing and moving our entire house! I had to hire them at the last minute because I was unable to pack things myself and it was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. Moving is stressful but the crew made it seem like a breeze. They came in well-prepared and took utmost care in packing all our things - nothing was destroyed!
The best part is the crew was so jolly and understanding that I almost felt I earned some new friends.
Thank you all again for your help and if anyone is thinking of moving, I strongly recommend hiring them! They are ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!”

“We recently bought an acoustic piano at DC Pianos. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Diana was so helpful and accommodating from the very first time I corresponded with her via email, until the time we went to their showroom in Berkeley so that my daughter can try out the acoustic pianos they had available that was within our budget and needs. Once my daughter was able to decide the exact piano she liked, we told Diana the piano we decided to purchase. Both Diana, and the owner Dennis dealt with us honestly, and professionally! We bought our piano on a Saturday, and it was delivered on Tuesday. The delivery was prompt, and we had no issues at all with the delivery. The piano arrived safely and intact.
We bought a used Yamaha U1 that was really in excellent shape. I can still smell the wood when I peek inside the cabinet. Our purchase came with a 5yr warranty, a matching bench (very nice bench), free 1 time in-house tuning, and free delivery. Our experience doing business with DC Piano was excellent and hassle free from start to finish!

“Jabrial at the Oakland PODS facility is a lifesaver! After PODS canceled my container delivery, I was desperate to get my items moved out of storage into a PODS for a cross country move. I went to the Oakland PODS facility and Jabrial was able to quickly get me set up to self load into a PODS container on-site. He offered amazing tips to make my process seamless and was so kind and thoughtful along the way. All the staff I encountered at the Oakland facility were amazing — hats off to them for actually caring about the customer and making every effort to address shortcomings by corporate/national staff. “I hired MAP Moving and Storage with the objective of receiving a good service, even though I was hesitant. Since the company offered me the full door to door service at an affordable rate, my relocation to Virginia became quite an easy task for me. All my belongings were packed and loaded in an efficient manner and within few weeks they were transported to my new house. Although I expected breakages of fragile items I was bound for a surprise: all my items were intact. The whole moving process was well planned and so fantastic. It was far above my expectations.
