“Called this location to get more information on booking a gooseneck-capable truck since the booking platform leaves some details out. Kage (I believe was his name) was incredibly kind, helpful, courteous and gave us some great tips. Jan-Mar has flexibility around one-way rentals, but most of the rest of the year you have to return the truck to the same location - or anywhere in the Bay plus an additional return fee. Best bet for towing gooseneck or fifth wheels would be a 1-ton truck (not the flatbed F550 on the website) and calling in after making your reservation to make sure that you get assigned to a truck that has the puck system already from the factory. All-in-all we will make sure to give our business to this location specifically and that's all thanks to Kage and the pleasant phone interactions we've had with them. Thanks again.”
