Pit Stop Motors is a car service shop that has garnered a mix of reviews from its customers. Many appreciate the friendly staff and manager, noting their willingness to help. A customer mentioned they were happy with their experience, despite initial confusion over a Groupon payment. Another customer praised the great deal they received on an oil change through Groupon, which was notably cheaper than other places. However, some customers faced challenges. One reviewer expressed disappointment over a staff member's response when they sought help with a part issue, feeling it was rude. Others mentioned the need for an appointment, as walk-in service might not be possible, which could lead to longer wait times. Despite these concerns, several customers highlighted the quality of service, with one stating that all three of their cars received excellent service, including oil changes and brake work, in a timely manner. Overall, Pit Stop Motors appears to be a reliable choice for car maintenance, with friendly staff and competitive pricing, though potential customers should be prepared to make appointments and manage their expectations regarding wait times.
