Mira was both personable and professional, and her technique was pretty good. She did not palpate my vein again after prepping it (yay!).
The sign-in system was fine for me, but it was a bit confounding for some people standing in line. I couldn't help, as I didn't speak their language.
I forgot to bring my mask from the car, and would have liked to have had an opportunity to get a mask at the lab. I couldn't find any there.
I had an appointment, and I was called in pretty close to my appt time.
All in all, this was a pretty good experience.

If you have a choice of Quest or LabCorp, choose LabCorp!!! Quest let me schedule an appointment, check-in, sit for 30 minutes to tell I owe money that I'm NOT even aware of!!! But, address & email are listed correctly! Y'all suck!!!!

The 2 lobby fire excape routes do not have a "You Are Here" sticker, and are not oriented properly. They need to be turned 90 degrees or mounted in a different location.

I showed up at 7:50 AM for my 8 AM appointment. There was one person waiting. My appointment was on time and easy. Very clean and professional.

So if you show up early for your appointment your problems will be minimal if at all. One of the techs actually came out and was signing people into the kiosk. I see that most issues written about begin with the person in the mirror. Plan, come prepared, and arrive early like the directions say.
