This rating is really for their driver "Sam" who was rude and unprofessional. Told me his truck was not the right size but "it would be ok". I went along with it since he assured me it would be fine. I questioned the one strap that was pulling on a brake line and ABS wheel sensor wire and he said he would adjust it. He proceeded to strap the other wheels down, then I asked if he was going to move the other strap that he said he was going to adjust and he told me "no it'll be fine". Then when I pressed the issue he told me good luck getting a tow and dropped the truck in the middle of the street. This all while yelling profanity at me in spanish assuming because Im a white male I dont understand what he's saying.Hopefully if you need a tow you dont get Sam, if he even still works there after today.

Avoid this company. They tow your car. Take keys. And charge a lot of money to get it back. I thought that it's illegal in USA. Ray Sharaf is really bad guy. He told me that he should tow my car about Police call. That's really strange. He doesn't told me who is he and what is the place where he gonna tow my car. I think my lawyer take care about this company

These guys literally provided the easiest, quickest, most affordable tow service I have ever experienced! They were open, answered right away, were friendly & showed up even earlier than they estimated! I would recommend Quick Roadside to anyone in the East Bay area. Thank you!!

Our driver Pac Man was absolutely great and drove us home, way out of his way when he didn't have to. We really appreciate Pac Man and Quick Roadside for their help
